The property allowed my daughters dogs for a one time fee which was very convienient. The property was really clean and well maintained. The mattresses were really comfortable except my kids did complain that the bunk mattress was not to great. Riley was very good at answering all my questions in a timly manner. Would recommend and stay again if needed.

The place was perfect for our group of seven sibs. Since we are all seniors, we got a good workout on the stairs! The quiet of the surrounding trees was just what we needed.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped with multiple beds, bedrooms and a stocked kitchen with nice pots, pans and knives, even a crockpot. The appliances are all top notch. It is easy access to Shanty, Bellaire and Glacial Hills, all reasons why we were there. I was disappointed that the steps and porch and driveway were not shoveled/plowed. It does not ruin the home but the basement bathroom fan must run constantly due to an unpleasant smell.

Had 1 time problem being locked out of house which took about 30 minutes to resolve. Once we were able to make phone contact with property manager, it was resolved in a couple of minutes. Recommend leaving phone contact for such issues. Outdoor deck was littered with tree debris and patio table had to be cleaned off. Understandable with where property is situated. Recommend a large broom and/or electric blower be available for use.
