About this property
The Hamlet
Welcome to the Hamlet. This space sits in a semi-rural setting, in the village of Kensington on the border of Exeter and minutes from the New Hampshire seacoast. Enjoy either a one-bedroom w/ office, or two-bedroom option, and enjoy three separate living spaces. House comes with central air conditioning for summers and propane heat in winter with the addition of a wood pellet stove to enhance heat for winter evenings. Summers, you are surrounded by 14 hydrangea bushes and vast open space, in the form of conservation land behind the dwelling. The bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the house for privacy. There is parking for up to three cars. This space is a mix of unique and modern, it comes fully furnished with linens and all amenities for daily living.
