Host was great to communicate with. King sized beds were a luxury. She had a detailed book of things to do in the area which was helpful. Property was close to a lot of attractions. The trail down the block was wonderful to run on in the morning (and had a view of Pikes Peak along the way) We had a lovely stay!!
A little background on our stay. I traveled out west with my family to hit the parks. This place is tucked away in a back alley. First I was skeptical but later relaxed and rejuvenated. The alley is literally a block away from the Main Street we commuted on. Everything was five minutes away (highway access, pizza, shopping and grocery. 10 mins from garden of the gods and 20 from springs. The three bedrooms have large beds and they are soft. Wall ac units were on but we hardly used them. Grill worked perfect and the dinette plus kitchen was perfect to make some meals with kids. It rained both days so getting out of the parking area was a little tough with the dirt and or mulch down. We had 4 wheel drive so we made it. Bathroom was roomy and had many towels. You won’t need to bring anything special, this place has it. I had a great time and didn’t worry about anything. Great stay!
