Excellent location on most popular 3 chain lake in Haliburton Highlands. Located on 12 mile Lake which adjoins to Little Boshkung and Big Boshkung Lakes. Excellent for boating and fishing and swimming. Rental for all year around excellent snowmobile trails only minutes away. Close to Sir Sams Ski Resort. No Pets or Smoking please. Included is a canoe, alluminum boat, and paddle boat.

Beautiful Picture perfect lake front cottage available for rent on Lake in Carnarvon, just 10 mins North of Minden Ontario; and 20 mins to Haliburton. Cottage is on Little Boshkung Lake and ajoins to Big Boshkung and 12 mile Lake. This is the most desirable 3 lake in the area. Excellent fishing swimming and boating. There is a beautiful screened in eating area for your enjoyment and fabulous huge wrap around deck . Satelite tv dvd and blue ray and included also a large selection of movies and games for those who want to enjoy. Cottage is equipped with everything that you would need for your home away from home. Also available at no extra charge are the use of paddle boat and canoe and 2 kayaks.

Renters are required to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and toiletries (these items are not provided by the owner)" and firewood is not provided

We enjoyed the quaint home. Our time outside watching the beaver, mallards, chipmunks, and so much more of God’s creation was a special delight of our stay. Having recent knee surgery caused a challenge in the tight fit between the toilet and bathtub. The cozy sofa and well equipped kitchen more than made up for it.

Cozy waterfront cottage

Small and very cozy cottage overlooking the water. The deck is nice and large that allows for some sunbathing during the early afternoon hours. Lots of baots available (canoe, kayaks, peddle). Highly recommend!

Delightful cottage, close to Minden, Haliburton, with many cozy areas to relax and read. Enjoyed the possibility of water fun (kayak, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board). Easy in and out of the lake for a swim. We drove to Hawk Lake Log Chute, historical logging site, which was new to us.

Debra was the perfect host - very responsive and set a fire in the woodstove so the place was toasty when we arrived. Note: There are two double beds and one twin, the other twin is a foldaway. Highly recommend!

A lovely weekend getaway

This property is right on the lake and has everything you need for a short or long getaway. It feels secluded even with neighbours right next store. It's only 10 minutes away from the closest town and a quick drive from Toronto. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We would happily visit again!

Morning sun dock sitting

Lovely to bring a cup of coffee early in the morning down to the chairs at the end of the dock and watch the sun eat up the mist The view from inside the cottage of the lake is so peaceful especially with a fire crackling, curled up with a book. The lovely island and open concept of the kitchen and living room was perfect for our needs. The whole atmosphere was cozy and comforting.
