Down town Jacksonville is 10 minutes drive, All brand name restaurant are within 5 minutes drive. The oldest city in USA Saint Augustine is located only 30 miles. Fully updated kitchen with super back splash, and stainless steel appliances. Front porch and back porch with fire pit for your enjoyment.
Wifi and high speed internet, working desk and a chair.
Samsung flat screen television in living room.
Bedroom # 1 has a king bed, dresser with mirror, night stand, alarm clock, ceiling fan with globe light. Bed room # 2 has a queen bed, dresser with mirror, night stand, alarm clock , and remote control blue air fan.
Bed room # 3 has 2 twin beds, night stand, dresser with mirror , remote control blue air fan, alarm clock.
Kitchen has fire extinguishers , smoke alarm.
Laundry facility is located in garage, entrance via kitchen door. Coffee maker and a toaster and George Forman grill is in kitchen. Every room have 8 hangers. Iron and iron table is provided . Hair dryer in each bath rooms, also magnifying mirror also in each bath room.
We provide our guest with fresh and clean towels as well as clean bed sheet and comforters.

Nice house!

House is roomy and nicely laid out. Nicer than pictures can show. Description of distance to everything is on point. No surprises. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Jane Skipper and her friends were awesome guest. They left my guest house as clean as they received it. They took care of everything really well put all trash in the garbage cans out side. I would definitely recommends Sara to all my Home Away host nationwide and worldwide. And of course I would love Sara and her company to come back at any of three properties ant time based on avail abilities of my calendars. Due to lack of communication between VRBO and the host we were unable to even access the property. The host was not aware we were coming, even though my credit card was charged for both the fee and the damage deposit. Spent 2 hrs on the phone with VRBO, eventually they helped us locate a Residence Inn nearby.

Good value and comfortable place

Overall it's exactly what it says. The one thing is that there is a train which runs on the otherside of the trees in the backyard. I never noticed it, but some in my party said it woke them up. All -in-all, we were very happy with the house and would stay again.

Clean, well furnished, owner attentive, all great except for the train activity during the night! Master Bedroom needs a noise canceling fan to help hide the train noise.

Great guests, only one problem one family booked the house for 4 guests 2 adults and two children but showed up two families and 7 guests. Also damaged guest bedroom closet door and did not notify me that they caused the damages. Per my policy through VRBO we charge a fee of $25.00 per guest per night after 4 guests. This guest is now complaining about everything in the house, just because we demand an extra fee for the second family. We have no other problem guest left the house somewhat clean.

The house is right next to a large rail yard with large and loud trains coming through at all times. Otherwise a decent stay as advertised.

Good location for us - close to our kids! A little more pricey than other 3/2 rentals in the area, but a very clean house, and everything was operational. Nice quiet neighborhood. Train traffic only woke us once in 15 days.

The house was beautiful inside, clean, had plenty of space and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed ourselves at this home and it is in a good location for nearby stores or restaurants. I would definitely book again when we go back. The train wasn't a big issue for us being that we use to reside close to a railroad track but overall we enjoyed it.

Many Extras Provided By Thoughtful Owner

This super clean house is a convenient place for our adult children to use while visiting us. Extras like trash bags, toilet tissue, shampoo. etc are a nice added touch. The only drawback to this property is that a RR track runs close to the rear of the house. Regardless our guests slept well.

Great rental

We needed a place to stay because we were attending a wedding, and the 6 day stay was like we were at our home in Douglasville Ga. Every item like great dishes, washer & dryer (plus detergent ) was there. Lots of towels, soap, paper towels, coffee and more. Beds were great. Great neighborhood. I would highly recommend. No more hotels or motels for me.

Mr. & Mrs Walton Rummings rented my guest house for a week for their son's wedding. I personally went to meet them later on actually next day. When I met them I was absolutely shocked to see how nice they were I feel like I know them forever very kind, respectful, cheerful, and of course friendly. I told my wife how nice our guest are rhat night. When they left after six days, I never found my house as clean as they left. Mrs Rumming even clean our stove inside and out side. She washed almost all the towels and basically house was ready for next guests Mrs Runming me and my wife really appreciated your kind act of taking care of our property like it was your. I highly recommend Mr. Rummings and his family at large to all my co- hosts and I would love to have them back anytime they feel like taking a vacation in Jacksonville, my doors are wide open for such nice family.

Sandra and her associate stayed at my guest house for weekend. I was informed by my cleaning crew that the guest were really clean/nice took care of the property. Although there were 8 guest stayed but all of them were professional. Surely I would highly recommend Sandra and her company to all my hosts here at HomeAway as well as Airbnb to accommodate Sandra and her associates at their properties.

Very nice home! Very clean and modern. Equipped with everything you need!

We had a great experience staying here! The owner communicated everything we needed to know and we had no problems. The transaction and reservation was quick and easy. The home was clean and ready when we arrived, and everything was just as advertised. We loved the layout of the home and slept great in the comfortable beds. The only thing We were worried about was the close proximity to the trains, but we got used to the them quickly and they were no bother. We would like to extend our thanks to the owners for their hospitality. Although because of our schedule while we were there, we were unable to meet with them personally, they did call to check on us during our stay. Thanks again for allowing us to stay. Ed and other two guest were professional and very polite. I could not meet them as their schedule was really tight, but I managed to talk to them couple of time. They really took care of the property everything was clean and they left the house just as clean as it was before they arrived. I am glad that Ed and his company like and enjoyed my property very much . I would love to have them back as my guest any time and I would recommend them to all the hosts worldwide.

Short stay in Jacksonville

We planned on staying in Jacksonville for a couple of days on our way back to Orlando and selected this property at the last minute and were so glad that we did The house has recently undergone a major renovation and is immaculate throughout. The open plan layout is bright, modern and well appointed in all aspects We were met by the owner, Mohammed on our arrival and shown around. We have travelled extensively in the States and this was the 1st time that the owners have taken the trouble to greet us so was a nice personal touch We enoyed our brief stay and would love to visit again Alison, Paul and James Fitzpatrick

Paul and Family were wonderful guest, unfortunately their stay cut short for some family set up. I was really impressed that they were so kind and nice even they did not stay full reservation, I just hope next year they visit us again in States and I would like to host them if I may.

Very impressive and comfortable

From the moment we arrived at the house it felt like home. The pictures on the website do not do the house justice. It is very spacious and family oriented. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which was a plus for my family as we like to take runs in the morning and it gave us that opportunity to do. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.

My guest Reggie and his family were so nice, friendly, respectful, they treated my property exactly like their own home. When they left I was not there, but later on that day me and my wife went there to see, to our surprise house was clean as we gave them. Everything was taken care by my guest. Wonderful family, I would love to have them back anytime.

All brand name restaurant are within 5 to 10 minutes drive, A national Fitness Center is located within walking distance. Sap, convenience store, national grocery store within walking distance. Public transportation bus stop few minutes walk. Uber, and private taxis are available on demand.
Museum of Science, Football Arena, and main attraction Jacksonville Landing where you can have a really nice river walk and enjoy all bars, restaurants, and musical bands , only few minutes drive away.

This accommodation is much better then 4 start hotel, really good value for your dollars. It feels like you are "Home Away Home".
This house was fully remodeled in July 2016. With new furniture, Bedding, Freshly painted inside and out side.
