This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 8 people comfortably (max 6 adults/max 4 kids/max 8 people) (Queen, Queen, Twin/Twin Bunk + Twin/Full Bunk). Washer/Dryer in basement. The Cathedral ceiling in living room has exposed beams and a fireplace. Our recently renovated kitchen is well equipped to prepare and serve your meals. High speed internet and Sonos sound system. 40" HDTV with Roku in the living room. There is a large sun deck and a covered porch to relax on. There are board games for your entertainment as well as a level yard with a soccer goal and a badminton net you can set up. Enjoy the twilight hours on the stone patio while enjoying a fire in the outdoor fireplace and making dinner on the charcoal grill .

If you feel adventurous, venture down a short but steep natural path to play in the Schoharie Creek and take in the sound and sight of the gorgeous waterfall directly adjacent our property.
