This is the fifth time we’ve stayed at this location. We love the convenience of being close to my daughter and her family. The only issue we have with the property is the noise level has definitely escalated and makes it difficult to sleep at night.

Older her home with some nice updates, plenty spacious. Bedspreads looked dirty, but sheets were clean. Sits on very busy road, good bit of outdoor noise at night and early in the morning. Conveniently located walking distance to a Dollar General (in case you forgot something like coffee creamer) and quick to be at most eating/entertainment.

Great location for UGA games

Property was close to all UGA sports venues and easily gotten to. Looks a little rough on the outside, and the house is very easy to miss, but the inside was very impressive. Trash was supposed to be picked up the day of our arrival, but was overflowing from the previous renters.

This was a beautiful and spacious home, however, the location wasn’t great. It’s right off of a busy highway and somewhat dangerous pulling in and out of. The traffic was also very loud. The kitchen had bare minimum for cooking. The bedrooms and living room were both cozy and I loved the bonus room for the kids to hang out. There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer which was a huge plus.

Clean house well maintained

Super clean and nicely furnished and equiped house. Close to UGA. Only downside is the house is on a major 4 lane highway. Traffic noise is noticeable at night and it can be hard to find in the dark.

Family sprinkle

Second visit. Accommodations were great. A few bugs around. Odd characters walking by, but no issues. Management company sent all communications late so I did not have entry directions on time and exit directions showed up 5 hours after required exit time.

This was our 4th or 5th stay here. We were very disappointed. The couch was stained and dirty. The linens on all the beds had stains and looked unclean. The night stand in the second bedroom is loose and will break if touched too strongly. The comforters very also stained and dingy. It saddened me because this is our go to house. We hope you can clean these u and we can stay again soon.

This place was great for three families coming up for a football game. The house was clean, beds were comfy and the kids enjoyed having their own place to hang out. The location is not really in a residential area but we felt totally safe and it was very convenient for getting to downtown and campus.
