We liked the unit itself. Two nice large TVs - one in bedroom and one in living room. Nice set up, but the bed mattress was very hard. Overall though we were comfortable and liked the space. The only issue was location. While it is only a few minutes to the nicer Church Hill area, this is in North Church Hill, a very run-down urban area - lots of trash on the street and unkempt properties, which we saw from unit when the window blinds were open. There is 1 narrow parking space assigned in the first floor garage that was essentially up for grabs - FCFS. Other than that, you park closeby on the adjacent grass - on the end areas I was worried about ticks due to high grass. We would have given a 5 had the location been nicer. Probably safe, but appears as a area you where you may want to be in before dark.
