This is a one level, one bedroom + one bath home. We have a queen-sized bed and a pull out couch that can sleep two smaller people. Like many older downtown homes, this home is on the smaller side, but still a perfect place to call home for a few days while you adventure. The fenced in backyard is equipped with a patio and hot tub!
You will have the entire home and back patio to yourself.
I will send you your door code on the morning of your arrival.
We prefer to communicate through the Airbnb app, but we live close by and can come by if needed.
The Old North End is a downtown neighborhood that has played a prominent role in the history of Colorado Springs. Located just north of Colorado College, the neighborhood is noted for its architecture and friendly community.
You can walk (or rent an electric scooter or e-bike) to get to restaurants and shops downtown, but you will need a car to get to other attractions like Garden of the Gods, hiking, and Seven Falls. Ubers and Lyfts are available, but a car is really the best option.
Please note before booking:
-there is construction happening on the building behind the house. You may see contractors going in and out.
-free street parking available in front of the house.
-This is a downtown property. Our street is a bit busier than most suburban streets. If you’re coming from the suburbs or a small town, expect a bit more urban noise than you’re used to.
-Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10am
HOT TUB: For your health and safety. Our hot tub is professionally Maintained by Dr. Spa LLC. Maintenance time and date vary throughout the week so, A Maintenance technician may be servicing this location any day Monday - Friday 9-5.
*YARD MAINTENANCE: to keep the yard in good condition, yard maintenance is schedule every Tuesday in May-October. Times vary week to week.
