Welcome to "Dune Blossom", a cozy 2BR, 2.5BA townhouse just 3 blocks from the beach! Bed sheets/bath towels/pillows/soap/shampoo/conditioner are always included at Dune Blossom.

There is a fantastic community saltwater pool a few buildings over. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the rental front door to the pool gate.

This townhouse is close to everything--restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and of course, the beach!

This unit includes 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 on-street parking passes for *non-metered* spaces in the city of Rehoboth. Note that one parking space is directly in front of the rental, and the other is the next parking lot over--a 2 minute walk.

Use the foldup wagon and load it up with included beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards then walk directly to the beach. Use the back patio propane grill to cook up a feast. Maybe enjoy some adult beverages after chilling them in our dedicated Rocco© drinks fridge. Head up to the top balcony for a quieter, semi-private experience with a glass of wine or to gaze up at the stars.

The main living room area features a large sectional couch that can seat up to 5 people as well as an armchair. A 55-inch TV with Netflix is there for your viewing pleasure.

The master bedroom features a King murphy bed, which will be down when you arrive. You may want to bring it up to convert the space into a second living room, or to set up the folding desk to get some work done. The couch is easily converted into a slightly-narrower-than-twin bed, and we will set this up for you if you select 5 guests for your stay. There is also a 55-inch TV with Netflix.

The second bedroom is a queen bed. It features a spacious corner desk. We love the porthole decor in this room and hope you do too.

SORRY!!! NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside or outside on the patio or balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: this property has a spiral staircase which may not be for everyone.

This place was great. The owners thought of everything, and were super responsive to any questions we had. We loved the proximity to Rehoboth Ave, Dogfish etc. Walking to the beach was easy, but we also could use the parking passes to get closer and bring the chairs and umbrella to and from the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay in this location. Everything in the description is accurate and the owner was very receptive. We appreciated the available beach gear and linens/towels. All of that made our trip and packing easier. All of the shopping is easy to get to and beach is about a 12 minute walk. With the included parking pass, you can drive a bit closer to the beach and park for free.

This was our sixth time to Rehoboth but our first at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and was supplied with soap and paper products! An added bonus we thought. 2.5 bathrooms was a dream! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. We definitely plan on staying here next year. The location is perfectly located to all the fabulous restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is convenient to many restaurants, the Boardwalk and 2 playgrounds. The house came with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and a wagon. Our children loved the pool. Greg was a very responsive host. Thanks Again!

Dune Blossom was perfect for our stay, starting with the communication - we highly recommend it! Everything was spotless and exactly as described. It was super convenient to have beach chairs/umbrellas, soap, towels, and linens all included. We also appreciated how stocked the kitchen was - a loaded spice cabinet for us to use the grill out back, drip coffee maker, and pots/pans for the occasional meal at home. The location was pretty perfect too - right across from plenty of great restaurants and under a 10 minute walk to the beach. The community pool was also an awesome perk, we ended up spending a little time there almost every day!

Well appointed. Everything worked. Nice beach set of umbrella and chairs. Bamboo! toilet paper. Only bit of feedback. The pocket door of the lowered bathroom is very hard to close. Would come again. The community pool was really nice, too.

The best of Rehoboth!

We LOVED our stay at Dune Blossom last weekend. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the condo was much larger in person than it had appeared in the photos, and it was spotless. I think my favorite part was the private balcony that’s attached to the primary bedroom… it was the best place to sit outside in the morning and soak up a little quiet time in the sun before heading to the busier sections of Rehoboth. The location was perfect—about a 3 min walk from the main strip where all the restaurants and shops are, and approx. a 13 min walk from the boardwalk/beach. It was very spacious and comfortable for 3 of us to stay for a long weekend, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen, sheets and bath towels provided, the only thing we needed to bring were beach towels. We are hoping to stay here again, it was so lovely!!

Cute 2 Bedroom Condo

Property listing is very accurate and great communication with owners. Open floor plan upon entry kitchen and living room. Very clean and has everything you need, just bring food and personal items. We did bring our own Keurig. 2 bedrooms with private baths, very roomy. Beds are firm, pillows are soft. 2nd bedroom has nice desk if you need to get work done. There’s a spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms. A/C works great! Property has nice beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and a wagon to use along with 2 parking permits for non-metered spots. Very useful. The pool is very nice. Has tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Quick 2-3 minute walk to the pool. It’s about 3 minutes to the main avenue and about 12 minute walk to the boardwalk. Very reasonably priced for the location. Would definitely stay again.
