We had a fantastic fall vacation at this wonderful Chatham condo! It's fully equipped and so clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great sleeping spaces, comfy couches in the living room, and outdoor seating - the stars at night were breathtaking! It is in a perfect location to the Lighthouse and beach, as well as Monomoy Bird Sanctuary, wonderful for birding! We saw a great blue heron chased by a hawk from the living room window! And from sitting on the bench in front of the lighthouse one evening, we saw hundreds of cormorants in their feeding pattern - amazing!! Chatham is our favorite place now on the Cape, we could get to anywhere in a short drive and Fall is the Best Time on the Cape!!

Great Location

We had a nor’easter come through in May which seemed to shut the fishing down but the location was great. Easy walks on the beach and or flats to look for shells, sea glass or fish.

The description said two bedroom but in actuality there is a lofted open space over the living room and kitchen as the second bedroom. I wish the description clarified this as we have young children and did not want to go to bed the same time as them- we needed both bedrooms to have closely doors to get the kids to bed while still being able to have adult time. Otherwise the condo was clean, equipped and the views of the water from the short walk to the beach were very beautiful. Overall great place if wooden bedroom is noted beforehand for guests.

The property is very conveniently located. Beach access was super. Stayed here with my 23 yo daughter for a mother daughter trip. The condo is cozy comfortable & met all our needs for an extra bed in the loft & efficient kitchen.
