About the host
Hosted by Brandee Gardiner
After exploring landscapes in the U.S. and Europe, we chose to settle in New York to be closer to our kids. We absolutely love the Hudson Valley and can’t wait for you to experience its beauty and adventure! When we’re not volunteering in our community, you can find us in the great outdoors—whether it’s hiking with our dogs or discovering hidden gems. Join us for your next escape in the Hudson Valley—you’ll fall in love with it just as we have!
Why they chose this property
our midcentury gem is nestled on a private, tree-lined cul-de-sac, where the neighbors are fantastic. Within our little community, you can enjoy fresh eggs, Pilates lessons, and even hire a mixologist. It's a short walk to the grocery store or Marshalls, and just five minutes away, you'll find pickleball courts, Gold's Gym, a track, a hockey rink, and a park.
What makes this property unique
unbeatable location, right off the 84/87 corridor, making it incredibly convenient for travel.
Key destinations are just a short drive away: Bethel-Walkill is 27 minutes, the Assembly Hall SKE is 7 minutes, Patterson is 37 minutes, and Warwick is 39 minutes. The Beacon train station is a mere 10 minutes away, while West Point and New Paltz are 23 and 25 minutes away, respectively.
Easy train access to NYC and the incredible hiking opportunities on the Appalachian Trail, practically in our backyard. Plus, we're close to amazing riverfront restaurants in Newburgh and Beacon, as well as a plethora of breweries, distilleries, and the famous Angry Orchard. This location truly offers the best of both convenience and natural beauty.
