We enjoyed stay. Had ages 3 months to over 60. Host was able to provide a pack and play with a simple request. Quiet and enjoyable with elk and deer out the front door.
Well suited for large group. Well located relative to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Very low traffic area. River adjoining property is a nice amenity. Come and enjoy, you won’t regret it.
My family and I enjoyed a very cozy stay at this home in Estes Park. The bedrooms were all spacious, giving each of the 6 couples 4 toddlers plenty of privacy and room to rest. All the amenities worked efficiently and the water in our showers stayed perfectly warm. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and having 2 refrigerators was essential to storing enough groceries for our big family. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient multifamily home, this place will fulfill all your needs and desires when staying in Estes. Beautiful spot inside and out.
Honestly, I don't think the pictures of the property do it justice. Our school group of 20 found this property to very spacious and super cozy. The hosts were also quick to respond. You'll find many elk steps away from the door or the base of the cliff overlooking the lower properties. The views of the snow-capped mountains were also really nice to take in from the balcony. We've put this on our list for re-booking!
Check-in was easy. Property is as described. Very spacious, easily accommodates a big group (we had 13 people). Kitchen facilities and supplies pretty good. It would have been nice to have some teaspoon-size spoons! Hard for little kids to eat from gigantic tablespoons/soupspoons. It also would have been nice to provide some games.Note: a rung on one of the dining room chairs broke when the 2-year-old was climbing onto the chair. I suspect it was already cracked, as I don't think a 2-year-old would be heavy enough to break it, but I hadn't checked it beforehand. Also, there were a few windows we couldn't close because the closing mechanisms were broken or disconnected.

This house fell well short of what we expected from a VRBO Premier Host property. The biggest issue was the dishwasher. We had seven people in the house and discovered on our first full day that it didn't work. We reported it immediately. A day later we were told a technician would come. Then nobody showed up and we had to follow up ourselves. Eventually a technician diagnosed a failed pump and told us he had actually worked on the same dishwasher just a few weeks earlier. The host later told us a new dishwasher had been ordered, but it was never installed during our stay. So seven adults spent an entire week hand-washing dishes in a house that was advertised as a luxury rental. The house itself was also more tired and worn than the listing photos suggest. Nothing was disastrous, but the overall condition didn't match the premium image presented online. What bothered me most was the disconnect between the marketing and the reality. The listing talks about professional management and a high-end guest experience, but when a major appliance failed, the problem dragged on for the entire week without a solution. We still enjoyed RMNP because we were with friends and spent most days hiking, but I would not describe this property as "luxury," and I would think twice before renting from this host again.

The location of the home for hiking and enjoying Estes Park was wonderful!! We were missing some items listed in the description like the fold out couch in the basement level, but we worked it out. It was unfortunate that the dishwasher didn't work as a place ready for 20 people means lots of dishes! We were glad to have an electric griddle to have for pancakes!
