This property has been completely and professionally
renovated with attention to custom detail. The three bedrooms (2 with queen size beds and 1 with a king size bed) have their own luxurious full baths and ROKU televisions. The large top-of-line kitchen is fitted with stainless appliances including induction cooking, stone countertops and tons of storage. The spacious living areas are newly furnished with top quality furnishings. There is a large TV (65 inch) in the gathering lounge area, a comfy living room with Crate and Barrel and Stressless sofas & views of the pool, Spacious dining room with seating for 8 around an Italian design glass table and white leather chairs. Work while staying? There is an office/desk area with wireless printer plus Wi-Fi and ROKU included. Three awesome Bose Bluetooth sound-touch units included.

Bask around the oversized heated 20X40 salt water pool with comfortable outside furnishings including 6 chaise lounge chairs, patio dining set with umbrella or find yourself at the private seating lounge area in a semicircular sofa next to the water. Fish from the private dock or just enjoy the lush tropical plantings all the way around the property, giving you ultimate privacy. I have owned several properties in Ft. Lauderdale but this is my favorite!
The location to the best of what Ft Lauderdale has to offer, is right here just off Las Olas Boulevard. Walk east to the exciting FTL beach, boat rides, parasailing and bars or west to world class shopping at the Shops on LasOlas and fabulous restaurants.

The style of the home and the renovations that were done to it, make living there luxuriously easy. You will be sad to leave it.

What makes this property unique

This property is professionally landscaped and maintained with a wide variety of beautiful mature plants and trees. The yard is private from neighbors but sunny and shady, as well.

My favorite place is in the backyard at the circular sectional sofa. Located between the home and the water, this oasis setting will instantly relax you!
