Enjoy eating all of your meals on the large lanai prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Cal King size temperpedic bed in master with oceanfront views and ensuite. Two twins in second bedroom. Washer and dryer in the condo itself. Beach toys, cooler, new towels and chairs ready for you to enjoy.

Bar-B-Q and dine on the rooftop garden watching the one of a kind Maui sunset. Enjoy reading a book at the oceanfront pool. Walk across the street and book island activities, choose from a variety of restaurants, shops, shaved ice or ice cream (our kids favorites)!

This condo was perfect for my family. We really appreciated how well stocked the condo was for a family with kids, it had snorkel gear, footballs, boogie boards, games, coolers, chairs and umbrella. Despite no AC the condo stayed cool. Great location on two stunning beaches.

Perfect place

This condo is amazing. The location is very walkable to beaches, food, and shopping. You have everything you need here for a relaxing time at the beach. The whole rental/check in/check out process couldn’t be easier. We would love to come here again!

This location is heavenly, with two amazing beaches just outside the building. The unit has everything you need and was so convenient. We would love to return! If you go, don’t miss going to the roof top for a BBQ during sunset!

Great condo! Location was fantastic. We didn’t miss having air conditioning. Just open the windows and patio doors. Layout of condo was great for a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear.

Fabulous property and location

We love the Royal Mauian as a property and Anita thought of all the little details to make the trip extra pleasant. The unit is very clean and well located in the building. The unit has fabulous views of Maui Sound and Kamaole 1 beach. There are great food options right across the street. The lanai is a great place to relax or have a takeout dinner. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back.

Amazing views, excellent location

We had an absolute wonderful time in this condo in the heart of Kihei. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants, morning walks along the beach, and evening sunsets on the lanai. The communication with thr property manager was excellent, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. We loved every minute and would highly recommend this property to anyone! We had two couples, however a great condo for a family as well! Mahalo!! Can’t wait to return to Maui!

This was our 4th trip to the Hawaiian Islands, our third to Maui, in the S. Kihei area. The Norris family's condo was as advertised - great beach/ocean views, fully stocked household, and the 2br, 2ba layout really worked. Even before arriving Anita Norris , through her constant communication, made us feel welcome before we set foot in the unit. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner.We definitely would recommend the Royal Mauian Resort, and the Norris family condo in particular.

A week in Kihei!

The property is in a great location, nestled between the more resort area of Ka’anapali to the luxurious homes of Wailea. Anita’s place is perfectly situated on the side facing up the beach. It is a great view fir people watching and the sun does not bake the patio in the afternoon. The roof top patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset and BBQ dinner. And there are plenty of dining opportunities right across the street if you don’t feel line cooking. We highly recommend Anita’s place.

Hawiian Family vacation

This is an amazing family unit!. we had 2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 10. The unit is set up well for 4 people, might be a little crowed with 6, but hey, its all family time. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms also well equipped and comfortable. Balcony is best feature and we spent the majority of our time there. Maybe could have had better instructions for after hours check-in but we figured it out fairly quickly. Loved our Hawiian Family vacation!!

We had a great week in this unit. It is well stocked, has comfortable beds, owner is very responsive and there are lots of extras (water toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. If you are looking for luxury 5 star accommodations this may not be your unit. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable, and relaxing unit this is it. You won't find a better location in Kihei than the Royal Mauian. Great rooftop dining, whales and turtles just off the lanai, nice pool and grounds situated on the ocean between two great beaches. There are great restaurants and shops you can walk to and a large parking lot. Thanks for a great time!

Wish it was a secret

One of the best places on Maui. Kam1 & 2 are amazing beaches. This condo looks out over Kam1. If you want to be on the beach, this is the place. The condo was very clean and had tons of beach accessories. The condo uses fans (no AC); our stay was in Nov with temps 70-85. With a small breeze and the fans the condo stayed cool. We had two nights with no breeze and it was a little warm in the condo. Renting and checking in were very easy. My family loves this complex and our experience in this unit was excellent.

Great stay!

This was our first time in Maui, and we honestly didn’t want to leave! The condo was clean & comfortable and was in a great location with easy access walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was well stocked with all the beach chairs/accessories you could need, it even included a cooler and snorkelling gear! The rooftop area was very nice which was great for grilling and seeing the views and the pool was nice to have on the couple days when we wanted a break from the beach. We watched the sunset each night on the condo grounds and we sat on our lanai every night for the beautiful evenings. Anita was quick to get back to us with any questions, and was super easy to work with. We would definitely rent this condo again if we were to return to Maui in the future! Great Stay in Kihei

This was our second time to Maui but our first time in Kihei. We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mauian and felt it was a great location to beaches, shops/cafes, restaurants and daily excursions. Anita’s condo was very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the great view of the beach and sounds of the ocean while eating out on the lanai. We had a great time playing with our grandkids at the beach and were grateful for the chairs & umbrella provided in the twin bedroom. No A/C was not an issue for us, because we kept the fans on and windows & slider cracked a bit to create a draft for the breeze to go through. The grounds are well kept and quiet. Our only issue was for a “heated pool,” it was still a bit too chilly for swimming. That said, we would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kihei. Thank you Anita for opening your place up for others to stay at.

Return to Maui

Absolutely perfect location. Property accommodated our party perfectly. We were a little surprised and disappointed to find no air conditioning. Not owner’s fault but our own assumption. It made it hard to accommodate rules of closing windows. But would come back. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. Property manager needs to reply. We were told she didn’t answer if she didn’t recognize number which seemed strange in her job. Thank you Anita for sharing all of your family favorites. Quite helpful.

We are a family with three children. They have grown up coming to Maui. We have enjoyed so many special times together here and we are confident you will too. We love to escape our Canadian winter in Maui paradise where our kids have learned to snorkel, boogie board and surf.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this unit from original owners who never rented the unit and took exceptional care of it. We have ensured that renters of our unit will have everything they need to have a fantastic vacation. We have rented in the Royal Mauian and several other places, but nothing compares. The complex is extremely clean, well run and the location does not get any better. The guests and owners are all friendly and we have forged friendships just meeting others at the beach that have lasted for years.

What makes this property unique

This 3rd floor unit is central and has the best views of the beach, Molokini, Kahoolawe and West Maui Mountains and Maalea. All amenities are within walking distance, including doctors, drug store, groceries etc... Short drive to golfing, Wailea and Makena. The afternoon tradewinds come through the condo everyday making it cool and comforting.
