About this property
2 bdrm villa with parking and great sea views. Located in a quiet neighbourhood
This villa is in a land with other five houses. When you book it, you book your own private house. You share the big garden in front of the houses. It is located in a private location with a few houses around. The little inlet of Dialiskari is perfect for young children to swim all year around. Also it is a nice spot for snorkeling along with swimming.
Each villa is three story high. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room and indoor dining area. There is also the patio with the outdoor dining area and the sun loungers.
On the first floor there is the bedroom with the double bed, the bathroom and the balcony with sitting area. in the attic there is the second bedroom with a bathroom.
Each room has great sea views to the sea. There is a shared bbq, playground and garden. Each house has private outdoor dining area and a parking for one car. The housekeeping is included and there is always someone living in a house next to you in order to help you with the house or the area.

Fantastische, relaxte plek aan zee!
Vanaf het moment dat we welkom werden geheten door Konstantina hebben we genoten van deze plek. De huizen zijn erg netjes en vrij recent gebouwd. Airco in alle kamers. Overdekt terras op de begane grond en op de 1e verdieping (heerlijk om ‘s avonds te zitten en naar de zee te luisteren). Na paar dagen werd beddengoed verschoond en keukentje en badkamer werd ook (beetje) bijgehouden. Zwembad is super! Heel schoon en prachtig gelegen aan de zee. Het kleine dorpje (paar minuten rijden) heeft leuke restaurantjes aan het water. Beachclub met bedjes en parasols op 10 min rijden.
Wij zijn 5 dagen geweest met onze tieners. Ook voor kleine kinderen erg fijn (grote tuin!).
