About this property

Experience Provincetown with the best of amenities and location in this newly built West End 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. With over 2000sf of indoor and outdoor space on four levels, you are steps from Commercial Street, the bay beach, and easy access to Herring Cove Beach and the National Seashore.

The first floor features an open kitchen, living, and dining floor plan. The kitchen has Bosch appliances and is the perfect gathering place with a large oversized island and bar stools. There is an adjacent powder room for guests. The main level opens to a large front deck with privacy hedge - perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine/cocktails. Just off the deck is a gas fire pit and an outdoor dining table to comfortably fit 8. There is also a gas grill.

The second floor contains two en-suite bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master bedroom has a King bed with glimpses of the bay. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and offers similar views. A spiral staircase on this level leads to the rooftop deck - a great place to take in the sunset with breathtaking views of Provincetown and the bay.

The lower level has a media room to watch TV or a movie. There is also a third en-suite bedroom with a Full bed and private bath. The washer/dryer room is also located on this level.

Beautiful & luxurious Provincetown house

The owners, Brad & Tim, were enormously helpful during booking, through to friendly help and advice during our stay. The location is great, just several walk minutes into town or a few minutes bike to ride to the beach. The whole house is finished with good taste and a luxurious feel, a real home from home. Not to be mistaken for an average holiday rental, this is a recently constructed, beautiful P-Town house where we (family of four) enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The roof terrace has awesome views to the sea, perfect for late afternoon relaxing. The patio with fire pit enabled us to further enjoy the long summer evenings. A perfect holiday rental in every way. As a discerning, well traveled family we would highly recommend Brad & Tim's house in Provincetown.
