The house was great, roomy, clean, great amenities and so close to the beach & beach club. Felt very safe. But Nomar the concierge went above & beyond to make everything possible. He made all our reservations for rides, dinning and a boat for the day. It was a fantastic trip and Nomar made it that much better. Thank you Nomar!!!!

Baltimore vacation crew

8 adults and 7 kids stayed for a week at the Villa and had a great time. The staff was always friendly and able to help whenever we needed. I would definitely recommend having the food service included with your stay. This allowed us enjoy the DR instead of cooking and cleaning the entire trip. The neighbor was safe, no one ever felt in danger in or around the villa. Great place to stay we will be back again

Lived up to the pics and descriptions!

The property was beautiful, the location was amazing. Maybe 50 yards from the beachfront! Sebastian was amazing. He took care of any concern, reservation or need that we had instantly! Perfect spot for a bachelor party! Security gate keeps the local riff raft out! Some shower heads need to be replaced, but other than that house was perfect!

Birthday Bash

We had a great time! The house was amazing as well as everyone we encountered during our trip! Kristina could not have been anymore accommodating when it came to booking chef services, private catamaran, grocery shopping and shuttle services back and forth to the airport. The only negative feedback I can offer to help improve upon is that plumbing is slow in the house, but not to say we won't return!

Beautiful property, great location

I booked this property for my small company's off site board meeting, which means our trip was a combination of work and play. The property was definitely big enough to to accommodate our 10 person group of staff and family. It offered all the amenities that we could need, and it's only a few steps from the beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. I couldn't be happier with our stay, which the property manager, Luca, and the Dominican cook we booked made excellent meals. The owner, Giuseppe was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We will be back!

Great Service

Nomar was beyond great. He took care of every item that we asked to be fixed and did it quickly and happily. There were a few items that needed to be fixed while we were there. The gas stove had to be replaced. A shower head came loose in one bathroom. Lamps didn't work. Nomar took care of everything. Overall, a great place. 75 yards from the beach. We never needed a cab as we were close to many restaurants and mini marts.

Not as expected…12 of us stayed at the Villa Gemela at Los Corales-Beach. This property accommodated us but was disappointing overall. Here are our observations:•The listing advertises a hot tub on site- there isn't one•It also advertised a grill (shown in pictures) and washing machine, both are behind the house used by staff •The listing pictures do not represent what is currently on site•1 bedroom had a door latch which was sticking and could only be opened with a sharp blow with a shoulder. The option was to leave it open with the door stopper which had been added to the door•1 bedroom has a ceiling fan that is not mounted properly looking like it might fall from the ceiling when turned on•1 bedroom has a noisy ceiling fan, tub shower with a broken handheld shower head holder, a broken tub faucet and no shower curtain or enclosure, the toilet seat was falling off and not the right size and the bidet did not work•1 bedroom had a toilet that did not flush the waste out•The pool table missing one ball•The refrigerator only has one shelf which makes it hard to store food•The furnishings are generally old, worn and sparsely arranged•The patio couch and chairs only seat 5 •The couch under the cabana is torn, old and dirty•There are several safes in bedrooms, but only 1 works •Additional paperwork and agreement to sign outside VRBO•The staff is friendly. Chef and food good but way too much•Renters beware- the place needs work!•More to say but out of space

Beautiful Villas Close to the Beach

This house is perfect for big groups. Very well maintained and comes with a security guard Edwin who was absolutely phenomenal and there for all our needs. Pool was maintained everyday. There are people on-site that are around but mostly cleaners that dont bother or stop you from enjoying your trip. Chose this place to stay for my cousins bachelor party of a group of 14 and at no point were we told to quiet down or have any issues. Walking distance to private beach. There are people that are around the house and will try to sell you things but that is any country just simply say no thanks. Went to Kats Corner right around there for food and it was very well priced. Definitely am coming back for this property.

Birthday trip

We had 10 people stay at Villa Gemela for a Birthday celebration. Rooms were spacious and well layed out. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. There were issues with one of the a/c units dripping all over the floor- messaged manger and was fixed. None of the bathroom bide worked and a couple of the shower/sinks drained extremely slow. Rooms were cleaned twice for the week stay. Pool was fantastic, the kitchen is adequately supplied to cook for yourself. Beach is very close and easy walking distance, 1 block. Stores and restaurants are close and have a good selection of items. I would recommend bug spray for morning and evening times outside since the knits and mosquito’s come out. Unit could use some minor updates.

Grand Villas

This villa with 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms is set in a great location just 50 yards from a beautiful beach. The highlight for our group of 11 adults was the free daily access to a top notch beach club with cabanas, beach chairs, bathrooms and a wonderful food and drink service. The villa is two separate buildings, each with 3 br and 4 ba. The villas are not connected and do not have indoor common areas except for a large dining room that seats 16 people. The kitchen is small for a group to use but is fine if you want to utilize the chef service which we did three of the eight days. The chefs will serve whatever you request for breakfast, lunch and dinner and at any time. The chefs, the maids and the maintenance people were very friendly and willing to take care of all requests. A friendly security guard stays outside at the villa from 5 PM to 7 AM nightly although it doesn't appear that there any safety concerns in the neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants and the mini markets every day and felt safe. These villas could be 4 star except for the maintenance issues that occurred throughout our stay. Most were corrected upon request. The entire complex needs to be inspected and repaired prior to each rental in order to ensure a good first impression. The neighborhood is nice but noisy with motorcycle traffic and construction noise. These villas are a great option for a beach loving family or group of friends.

Annual Fellas Trip

The property is located close to everything needed. The beach is steps away, stores and restaurants are all in walking distance. The owner and staff are very available for as much as needed. We did encounter an issue with A/C that was inconvenient but they worked hard to resolve the problem. We would definitely rent this place again.

We were 4 families, 12 people in total. Our stay, thanks to Giovanni and his wife was excellent. There have set up transport from the airport for us and greeted us at the property when we arrived. Anything we needed was supplied. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. Each day there was someone to clean the pool, landscape and the property. The house is VERY close to the private beach, about 200 feet walk if not less.
