Lavish Condo on the Parkway!!

Nightly Rates shown includes ALL taxes and fees. Welcome to our home!
Our master bedroom holds a king size bed and your own private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing in.
The second bedroom offers 2 new queen beds accommodating 2-4 guests. Private access to the second bath and dressing table in the bedroom.

Each bedroom has their own TV allowing everyone to watch their favorite TV shows.

The upgraded granite topped, wooden cabinet kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare snacks or meals at home or to warm up left overs from one of our many great restaurants. A washer and dryer in our condo is provided for your convenience allowing you to return home with clean laundry.

The dining area easily accommodates 6 to dine or gathering for a board game or card game. A variety of games are provided for your use during your stay.

When the day comes to an end, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or catch your favorite show . There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. Free WI-FI is included in the unit.
This property does have a RING doorbell. Parking passes are MANDATORY if you don’t display pass you will be towed. Parking pass is left in the unit for your use and must be returned upon your departure. If pass is not returned, a fine will be charged.

Great location! We needed to be by the convention center and this was perfect. The front balcony was also perfect for the Fourth of July fireworks.Kitchen was well stocked with various cookware and I was pleasantly surprised to find sandwich bags as I had forgotten those.Decor was super cute! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Gatlinburg and wanting to be close to downtown or the convention center. Thank you!!

Amazing condo in a very convenient location, much more well stocked than some of the other places we have stayed at before in Gatlinburg. Comfy beds and furniture, very nice decor. The owners were very friendly and always quick to respond. Will definitely be back in the near future!

It was a beautiful condo. You need to know it is up a very steep long hill. If you are young or athletic , you would be fine. We had to drive as I could not do the hill. You also will enjoy it more if you are tall. Kitchen cabinets are high. Table chairs are high. It was very clean and nicely Decorated.

Very clean, well stocked/appointed, fast responding owners. Great location with good dining nearby. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Absolutely would stay here again.

Lisa grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky. Our kids graduated college from Northern Kentucky University, Quincy University, Quincy IL, University of Kentucky and University of Cincinnati.

Why they chose this property

We have traveled to Gatlinburg many times and fell in love with the city. After staying at various accomodations, we feel that Summit Manor has the best location on the strip and offers the most convenience. We feel so strongly in our statements that we decided to purchase one for ourselves to enjoy.

There are many benefits to this property, like being located on a hill where you are able to enjoy the feeling of seclusion and peacefulness of being in the mountains, yet you can simply take the complexes elevelator and be on the street level in seconds!
