Lavish Condo on the Parkway!!

Nightly Rates shown includes ALL taxes and fees. Welcome to our home!
Our master bedroom holds a king size bed and your own private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing in.
The second bedroom offers 2 new queen beds accommodating 2-4 guests. Private access to the second bath and dressing table in the bedroom.

Each bedroom has their own TV allowing everyone to watch their favorite TV shows.

The upgraded granite topped, wooden cabinet kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare snacks or meals at home or to warm up left overs from one of our many great restaurants. A washer and dryer in our condo is provided for your convenience allowing you to return home with clean laundry.

The dining area easily accommodates 6 to dine or gathering for a board game or card game. A variety of games are provided for your use during your stay.

When the day comes to an end, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or catch your favorite show . There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. Free WI-FI is included in the unit.
This property does have a RING doorbell. Parking passes are MANDATORY if you don’t display pass you will be towed. Parking pass is left in the unit for your use and must be returned upon your departure. If pass is not returned, a fine will be charged.

The condo was so comfortable. No complaints and decorations were spot on. We enjoyed our stay. I think its important to note that walking up/down the driveway is very steep. Parking lots charge to park at 10 hour intervals.

A quiet getaway from the busy streets of Gatlinburg. Here for a dance competition at the convention center. Convenient walking distance to the center and several places to eat and shop. Clean and well kept.

We absolutely loved the condo, had everything we needed and super clean. The only downside was that the outdoor elevator that takes you down to street level was down our whole stay. But that wasn’t on the property owner. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Lisa grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky. Our kids graduated college from Northern Kentucky University, Quincy University, Quincy IL, University of Kentucky and University of Cincinnati.

Why they chose this property

We have traveled to Gatlinburg many times and fell in love with the city. After staying at various accomodations, we feel that Summit Manor has the best location on the strip and offers the most convenience. We feel so strongly in our statements that we decided to purchase one for ourselves to enjoy.

There are many benefits to this property, like being located on a hill where you are able to enjoy the feeling of seclusion and peacefulness of being in the mountains, yet you can simply take the complexes elevelator and be on the street level in seconds!
