Comfy - family friendly - well equipped ... read our reviews !!!

Come on down to the Sunshine! 🌞.

The beach is a short 5–7-minute walk to the private beach access gate for the community.
This spacious 2nd floor (13 steps to walk up) condo unit comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay; beach towels, chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. Just recently updated in late 2020; freshly painted inside, new master furniture, new living room couches, TV & both bathrooms have been fully REMODLED! One designated parking space comes with the unit right outside of the unit, but also guest parking in designated visitor spots.


The unit itself can sleep up to 6. Queen in master, full lower bunk with single top bunk and an additional single bed in 2nd bedroom. Pak-n-Play for a little one can be made available upon request.
Owner provides paper towels (2-3 rolls), toilet paper (4 rolls) & garbage bags. Unit has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent (no pods please). Usually well stocked with spices, cooking sprays & coffee with filters.

This is a family friendly home and community, NO PARTIES! We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Give us a heads up if you are bringing children and we can accommodate some children’s toys as well. This is a fully equipped unit - the pictures and reviews tell the story. Just pack your suitcase, Most of our guests are repeat visitors.

Exceptional Place

It was everything that was advertised and more. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Location was perfect. 4 minute walk to the beach that has the softest sand and was never crowded. Check in and out was simple and Carol was easy to teach if needed! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

Amazing stay!!!

Our family of five had an amazing time! If this wasn’t the ideal Spring Break condo then nothing is! Condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. The beach was amazing and pool lovely! Thanks for a great trip!

Condo was great - stocked kitchen, linens and even came with beach towels and lots of beach toys! We had a great time and would stay again. Hopefully, the weather cooperates for the whole week next time!

Family Vacation

We stayed at Quail Hollow 11 years ago for our first family vacation and were excited to go back. Carol is a wonderful hostess, even allowed us to check in early since the condo was ready. She was easy to communicate with. No problems, loved the condo.

Place just as listed

Awesome vacation that we extended two additional weeks! The place was very clean and the few questions that came up were answered very quickly. The beach is close enough to walk to, or just sit by the pool! Very close the shopping, restaurants and other entertainment! Hope to book it again next year! Super Host!

Family friendly

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect with all the things you would need. The beds were comfy! The pool was always quiet and well maintained. Anytime we needed anything, the owner answered immediately. Close to several restaurants. Strongly suggest checking out the Bayside Beach on the Mantazas River. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had such a wonderful week here. The host was AMAZING! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It was spacious, centrally located to everything we wanted to do, just a few minute walk to the beach, and on-site pool. It was very clean and safe within the gated community. We would absolutely stay again. 5 stars just does not seem like enough!

Pleasant Property and Owner

Carol has been an absolute joy to rent from! Not only is the condo everything advertised, Carol was extremely helpful. The small thoughtful gestures, such as a hand-written note when I arrived and informing me of the shuttle launch, made this one of the best rentals of my many years experience. The condo was clean and the kitchen fully furnished. It was a peaceful visit to the area.

Property was just as advertised! Everything you needed, it was there. Immaculately clean and furnished. Just a few steps to pool and beach access. Best vacation ever!!!

We spent a week at Quail Hollow on Crescent beach. The Condo was immaculate and very quiet. The owner was very professional and friendly. We booked on line and she was very accessible through email. She went above and beyond to help us with our stay. The Condo was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool was always clean and the beach was amazing. Not over crowded and the private board walk was great. Looking forward to coming back next year. The entire experience was excellent.

Location...Location...Location!

This condo is in the perfect spot. It is a few steps from the pool and ocean. It is in the heart of restaurants, stores, shopping and close to downtown St. Augustine. The condo is very comfortable - really home away from home feeling. The complex is pretty and the people are helpful and friendly. The condo has everything you would need for your stay. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed every day. Crescent Beach is a gorgeous, clean beach that goes for miles. We will definately return next year. Best condo on the strip!!

Very pleasantly surprised!

The condo was very clean! It had everything we needed! Even had beach toys, chairs, etc! She had a small basket of treats for our children on the table with a note when we got there! The pool was very clean! The only down fall was lots of stairs to the beach with little ones but we learned to carry less to the beach! We were pleasantly surprised how clean the condo was and had all the towels, pots and pans we needed! We loved our stay there and hope to return next summer!

Beach Getaway

The condo was stocked with literally any and everything you could need for a beach vacation! Which was such a blessing. The complex is quiet and clean. The beach is right behind the condos so its perfect for late night or early morning shelling trips on the beautiful private beach. Just down the road from Old Town St. Augustine and all the sights you could want. Our host was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had and was super sweet. In all our stay at Quail Hallow was beyond our expectations thanks to our amazing host Carol. We cant wait to come back!!

Fantastic place! Lovely vacation!

In short: Comfortable condo, beautiful beach! At length: We had a wonderful time on our beach vacation, largely due to staying in this fabulous location! The beach access leads to a beautiful and secluded portion of the beach. This condo in particular was very spacious and exactly what we looked for. It was fully equipped with bedding, towels, beach chairs, and cooking supplies. The living space is quite spacious and was great for relaxing! The pool is also very nice, with both shallow and deep ends (something for everybody)! This was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation! Important to note that the development was family friendly and the beach access has some stairs. Great place!

Cozy & Comfortable Condo

This is a cozy, comfortable and very livable condo located in a quiet complex. The beach is a short walk from the condo just passed a beautiful and inviting pool. I can't say enough about the gorgeous beach. Love, love, love it! White powdery sand on a very wide beach. You can see & walk on the beach for miles in each direction, which became part of our daily routine. We will definitely go back again if staying in the area. Close to restaurants, groceries, beauty shops and some cute little speciality shops (cupcake shop for one)

Very relaxing, homey, and welcoming!

Carol does a great job of communicating before the rental time and making the condo feel welcoming and accommodating. She(the owner) is very each to reach when needed, something that has been difficult when renting from others. The condo is a quick walk to the beach and pool, enough you can run back when a rainstorm just begins, haha. The condo also has a great kitchen area with anything extra you could think of, I think she had even more than we have in our own kitchen at home!

Great Place !

We arrived before Christmas and stayed through February. Carol made our stay special in every way! Our time a t Quail Hollow on Anastasia Island was so peaceful and the area is everything we wanted on our trip . The best part is the exceptional beach. And it is a 4 to 5 minute walk! It is the very best. Our condo was fully equipped with all we needed during the 9 weeks spent there. Carol goes the extra mile to accommodate her renters. She gets an A plus. Needs a deep clean

The host, Carol, was wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect for us. We enjoyed be so close to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine. The property has a lot of potential but needs a lot of TLC and a serious deep cleaning. Both bathrooms and kitchen need to be thoroughly cleaned and kept up on. Lots of dust. As one might expect in Florida, we did come across several large Palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches) in the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay but likely wouldn’t stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.

I am devastated by this review. Every surface was not only dusted, but sanitized prior to your visit. We have never had a review like this. The only thing I can think of is that there were repairmen working on the AC unit the day you arrived. We hadn’t needed heat for many months. I sincerely apologize.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We rented this condo for 5 nights in July and then headed to Orlando for 4 additional nights elsewhere. We would have been perfectly happy in this condo for the entire 9 nights. It was for my husband, myself and our 11 year old son. Although I would not hesitate to rent again and have our three older adult sons join us next time. My husband preferred a harder mattress but I loved the master bed and especially the pillows and comforter. Everything we needed was there! With multiple food allergies we have to cook everything and pack food for everywhere we go. Ton's of condiments in the fridge. Carol even provided bottled water and a bag of ice in the freezer. My husband used the outdoor grill near the pool which worked great! There was a cooler to use as well. My son enjoyed the boogie boards and especially the basketball net for the pool. The pool was very nice and never crowded at all. I think the walk to the beach may have been more like two minutes. It's the best beach I have ever been on besides in the Bahamas. The sand was so nice and soft. Beautiful shells to be found but not too many that hurt your feet. The water was so warm in July. The small geckos running around the outside of the condo were cute and not bothersome at all. Carol was awesome as she really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and she responded very quickly when I texted her from the beach for the gate code on the pier. The markets close by are fun and we found lots of sand volleyball courts that we had to tell our older sons about. We also found organic food and gluten free options in multiple stores close by. It's a short drive to the Gator Farm and downtown St. Augustine. St. George Street is my favorite! The fort is awesome and so is Flagler College. It is also worth your money to take the train trolley tour. Everything is worth seeing. I want to go back today!!! There is so much more to see and do. We rented a vehicle and ended up getting stuck in the sand on the beach but the Sheriff that helped get us out was so nice and even gave us information on the sea turtle nests that we pulled over to see when we got stuck. EVERYONE here was so nice!!! I want to live here really bad. I could write forever about St. Augustine. Thank you Carol! This was one of our best vacations ever! Cannot wait to come back.

Our four children are grown now, but the family time on this beautiful, relatively unpopulated, white sand beach is indelibly inked in memory. Now that my husband and I are retired, and venturing cross country to visit with family, we would like to share this peaceful retreat.

Just 20 minutes from historic St Augustine, this is the most peaceful property we have encountered. Sometimes it feels like your own private beach. And yet, you are just a short drive to excellent restaurants, and shopping.
