Great property. Would definitely stay again. Only problem we had wasn't the host fault. They were dropping the lake so fast we lost use of the dock while there.if that's a problem for you then I recommend staying no later than one week after labor day. But again, great vacation
Everyone lo ed the hot tub and coziness of the cabin! Would definitely stay again.

While the house was nice and the games were fun we couldn’t be more disappointed that apparently the water was drained from the lake and so low that the dock was unusable due to the extreme slant because of the low water. We take these family trips every other year in mid to late Sept. Always get a lake house somewhere in the country and have never had this issue.
We had a great stay! The house was very clean with plenty of places to sleep. There is lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Even though the lake was low, which is typical this time of year, it was still an easy walk down to the water. The kitchen was well stocked with more than enough essential supplies. The hot tub was a really nice touch. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, a quiet and relaxing place to stay!
Wonderful location lakeside. Cabin was very well equipped and lots of thoughtful details such as lighting, outlets outside near the fire pit, ceiling fans on the porch. The lakeside porch is a perfect place for morning coffee. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and the arcade game. I loved that it was away from all of the pigeon forge craziness but still close enough to go if we wanted. Dandridge is a cute, almost Hallmark channel looking town. The only piece of advice I have is it might be helpful for the owner to label the light switches in the cabin. Not a criticism at all bc there was a lot of lighting which was great! But I felt like we did a lot of flipping trying to figure out which switch controlled which lights. We did communicate with the host once during our visit with a question and the reply was almost immediate, which I also really appreciated. The lake was lowered during our visit, but the host made sure we were aware ahead of time. Would love to visit again when it’s at normal level. The dock looked amazing and super convenient. Thanks for a great mini vacation.
A great cabin for weekend trip! The house and property was spacious for our family to spread out and enjoy. The cookware selection had everything we needed to whip up gourmet meals. The hot tub and fire pit were used every night. We were unable to use dock due to the low water levels but still we able to access the lake for kayaking. Lots of yard for dogs to move around. I was slightly annoyed that they came to cut the grass on Saturday afternoon, it seems like it could've been done on a weekday or when the property was flipping. Both upstairs bedrooms are queen bunk beds which was awkward for someone who is tall to climb into bottom bed. The top bed blocks the flow of the fan if you're a fan person. Overall, my family truly enjoyed the property and would come stay again.
We stayed 3 nights and had zero problems. The house was clean and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The driveway is super steep but we got in and out just fine. And although we were bummed the lake had already been drained (early Oct), the video games, foosball table, hot tub, and fishing poles were a great plus! Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to make home cooked meals but all commercial shops/restaurants were about 30 mins away if needed. Morning views are amazing!
Our stay was fantastic! Even better then what we imagined, our host was so polite and welcoming, he was very quick to respond to any and all questions that we had. He went even went a step furher to make sure he looked into situation at hand to give me as much information as possible. Which we were very grateful. As far as the cabin, the cabin was so comfortable for all 6 of us. Very open layout with lots of family games. As far as the lake, unfortunately when we arrived it was the time of year that the lake is pumped out so the lake was completely dry. But still so beautiful! Thanks again will be coming back next time we head to Tennessee.
I rated my stay as a 4. The cabin was very nice and the location was great. My only real complaint is they weren’t upfront about the possibility of the lake level not being at capacity. I understand they can’t control that but a heads up would have been nice. I expected to get what I saw in the pictures but instead I wasn’t even able to use the dock. I also didn’t find out until a few days before arrival I couldn’t park my boat trailer on the property. These two issues left me scrambling for an alternative and with their help I was able to find a local marina where I could keep my boat and trailer during my stay at an extra expense. All in all I had a nice stay I just wish I would have known these things before booking.
The drive was easy once we tackled the steep driveway for the first time. Such an easy check in. Very clean home. Comfortable beds. The Pac Man table video game was a hit with my sons. We do wish the hunting arcade game that was shown in the online listing pictures was working. The hot tub was nice once we balanced the chemicals in it as the PH was really high and there was no chlorine / bromine tablets in the dispenser . And although this is a lake house, it would be beneficial to those who book this to know when the lake levels will be high enough to enjoy the lake. We did not do our research and were not aware the area around this house would be dry because the water was just starting to be released at the dam
The homesite was very peaceful and we enjoyed the quietness. It's a great location with many offerings within 30 minutes and while the lake level was low, it provided unique scenery with autumn colors starting to show. One thing to note is if you drive a larger heavy duty truck with a full length bed, It's a tight fit down the driveway for parking.
We enjoyed our stay on the lake very much. Plenty of room to spread out; the dock was very nice; clean place and very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and fit 6 adults and two children comfortably. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking and eating. There were lots of games for the kids and adults to enjoy. Lots of places to relax or play on the porch or around the fire pit or on the dock. Outside was so peaceful and the dogs were able to run around with no worries of neighbors. The lake was a little low but the dock was floating and the view was still beautiful and just a short paddle to get to the main lake. Josh was an excellent host and was quick to respond whenever we needed. The whole family agreed it was an amazing find for our yearly get together!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake house! The views were amazing and the lake provided long days of great fishing! The home was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.As other reviews have mentioned, the driveway is steep, but we had no issues navigating it in our 3/4-ton diesel truck.Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We made some great memories here and would gladly stay again!
