The house was very nice. The check in process was easy and the rooms were well furnished and suitable for our hosts. There were some dirty spots of the house that were there before we arrived like the soot that was stuck to the floors behind the entry fireplace that we cleaned up, but otherwise, the house was in great shape. Only using three loads of laundry was a challenge, but we were able to make it work. I would say that 5 would have been more far considering the number of nights that we stayed and the amount of sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels we needed to wash. The hot tub warmed up extremely slowly, only rising by 3 degrees in the four-five hours we tried to prep it in, so we were never able to use it. There was very little lighting in the back so visibility was limited after sundown. The property was in a great location and served us very well for the trip. Definitely worth the price, but I would consider fixing some of these smaller issues.
