Just 50 feet from the private Gulf beach of Casey Key, enjoy a spacious One Bedroom Beachside Bungalow with King Tempurpedic bed. Full kitchen is included - Living room - Patio with furniture - Beach chairs and towels, and plenty of things to do outside by the Water.

Casey Key Resort provides a unique experience on Casey Key -- With Gulf Front beach on one side of the property and Venice Inlet waterfront on the other! It's a quiet, secluded area with mostly residential homes. No condos or high rises will spoil the peace and tranquility of relaxing by the Beach.

On the Venice Inlet, you can fish, kayak, paddleboard or watch the variety of waterfowl. On the beach, search for sharks teeth, relax in one of our beach loungers or sit in our large pavilion overlooking the Gulf. As part of our Casey Key Beach Club, you can rent luxury beach loungers, umbrellas and wagons from us!

The Resort is a four acre Gulf to Bay property with 200 feet of private beach frontage as well as dockage on the Bay. The 25 individual bungalow residences are comprised of studio efficiencies, one bedroom one bath, two bedroom two bath, and three bedroom two bath units all with full kitchens nestled among coconut palms. Staff are on site daily to help you.

Our bungalows are cleaned with hotel grade procedures. Our already high standards were just updated with the CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to make our guests safe and comfortable amid the coronavirus and after. Rooms and cleaned, and then disinfected with EPA-registered and approved disinfectant.

Each bungalow has its own private entrance and no common areas to come into contact with others. Guests are expected to adhere to the social distancing guidelines, and we also provide contactless check-ins via email instructions.

Needs a little TLC

Great view. Peaceful place. We appreciated the new Tiki and palm trees and the new grass. We would have liked more cleanliness and attention to detail. There is a smell in the bungalow, there was sand, nails and debris on the floor outside, windows were dirty, rusty outside refrigerator, rusty metal on inside furniture, no tv in the bedroom. A real table inside would be nice instead of a board on top of some racks. It was an uncomfortable arrangement. We would love to go back of those elements are taken care of.

Casey Key Resort March 2022

My wife and I have stayed all up and down the gulf coast from Ana Maria Island to Marco Island. We have stayed in the family popular areas of Fort Myers, Siesta Key and others. Casey Key is like nothing else we have experience. It was peaceful and quiet. We were steps from our own private beach (no long walks with wagons needed) with very comfortable beach chairs. We met many other couples that stayed at the resort next to us and had many enjoyable conversations relaxing over coffee in the morning on the patio or under the pavilion watching the gorgeous sunsets. If you like to walk the beach, it's endless in one direction, and in the other the North Jetty park where you can grab a cold beer and watch the people fish from the rock wall or rent a kayak/paddleboard. There is a concession stand at the Nokomis public beach that serves beer and drinks. There are many places to go have a nice dinner, Mama Leone's is a great Italian place, and Pelican Alley is a short 8 minute walk from the resort. Pelican Alley has the best seafood ceviche and fish dinner specials while you sit on the water watching the boats go by. If you like driving by massive beach front home, you can drive north on Casey Key Rd up to the Casey Key Fish House, an outdoor tiki bar that is great for drinks, people watching and fun times. If you are looking for tons of things to do, this is not your place. If you want to disappear and relax with your spouse or partner and like to take adventures it is perfect. We drove the hour to Fort Myers to watch the Twins play the Pirates and stopped in Venice for shopping on the way back. We rented a one bedroom which for us is all we need. We had a plumbing issue and when they could not fix it right away, they moved us to another unit, which to us was no big deal. Great vacation spot, we will be back to this beach in the future.

Time will tell! First impression paradise, low key, private, relaxing, special, new owners see the potential in a classic beach side Bungalows Beach to Bay Resort. Rejuvenation has begun, the new designed rooms are clean fresh white. Can't wait to come back and see the progress each and every time we return. We had the opportunity to see the newly renovated 2b 2b gulf front Bungalow beautiful. You feel like you have flown to a carribean island but your moments from Sarasota's world class arts and entertainment. Our room had a new Tempurpedic bed, white linen curtains , leather Swivel club chairs and New 50 flat screen tv. As I was told the beach side units are the most updated. And as I was leaving they where starting to update the bayside units, painting, new drapes. And more. There is certainly a ways to go with updating but from what I experienced they have a great start. They also have budget accommodation with great discount pricing, at one of their bayside buildings which has not been updated yet. If your budget mined get in while you can . You still have the amazing location access to the beach and Bay front fishing from the Dock, BBQ and walks on the beach, fresh linens and towels all you need for family fun. This is a boutique resort in the process of a rejuvenation, my recommendation is to try it while you can still get a reservation because when it's done there is nothing like it on Beautiful Casey key , a well needed resort on the luxury residential island . The beach is certainly paradise No condos no traffic, you can ride a bike, walk, kayak, paddle board, boat, jet ski, parasail, you name it. No crowds no hassle easy. The old Florida holidays of a bye Gone era. Loved my stay and definitely will recommend to friends and family, something for all budgets. Excellent diamond in the sand .... thanks for a special experience.

Bungalow on a Quiet Beach

The location is fabulous - a private beach a few steps from the bungalow and hardly anyone on the beach even during the crowded spring break time. The unit has been updated nicely as shown in the photos, but needs a little more attention -- e.g, the fridge is older and noisy. Sarah, the property manager, was wonderful about helping out with that and was always available.

Perfect location

The location is fantastic. The property seems to be in the process of updating. The kitchen and bathroom of our unit needs attention. The bed was super comfortable. This is a no frills beach bungalow. My only issue was that when we arrived every dish I took out of the cupboard was not clean so I immediately washed EVERY item (no dishwasher). The rest of the unit was clean. We take precautions with Covid and this place allowed us to enjoy our stay and maintain distancing. The beach is far enough from the public beach that we were not crowded.

Great location! We were looking for something close to the beach and it was just steps away.

Great location. Literally steps from the beach! We were a little disappointed by the state of the bungalow. It definitely needs updating. But overall we were happy with our visit. Will recommend to friends.
