Loved this home for a weekend trip. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. It’s veryclose to favorite fishing spots and some of our favorite restaurants from Conneaut, OH to Erie. Close to the highway for easy access but secluded enough to feel private. Josh was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely come back!

I grew up in Girard PA and lived in this house until I joined the U.S. Army

Why they chose this property

After my father passed, I took over and bought he house with Angela. My dad was a avid fly fishing guide and charter captain, so we wanted to continue on and offer a place to stay for traveling fishers.

What makes this property unique

I built this house with my dad in the late 80’s early 90’s. We used plans found in the back of a Popular Mechanics magazine. In 2016 we started a complete remodel and update of the house and property. New flooring, appliances, bathroom, and kitchen were designed by my Fiancé Angela.
