The Space:

Escape to Kissick Cove Beach house, the perfect waterfront retreat designed for relaxation and unforgettable family memories. This beautifully appointed and brand new home features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms offering comfort and convenience for your stay.

Wake up to breathtaking sunset views from every window and sip your coffee on the ocean-facing deck where the sound of waves sets the perfect tone for the day. With private water access, you can enjoy your kayak rental or wade in the water at low tide just steps from the door.

Evenings are just as magical - gather around the fire pits (2) under the stars with s'mores and unwind in the gentle ocean breeze. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed wit brand new furnishings, heat and AC throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.



This ONE FLOOR home has an open floor plan with a view from the many windows and lots of natural light.

Bedroom 1- Primary bedroom with a queen sized bed, and full en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds, and a pull out twin sofa chair

There is a full sized bathroom with a tub/shower off of the common areas, and a washer/dryer in the mud room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, and all of your needs for cooking. There is a keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a coffee grinder.

There is heat and AC in every room. The large living room has plenty of seating, a pull out chair, and a flat screen TV.

The deck has tons of furniture for dinners from the grill, or fire pit chats.

The owners didnt overlook a thing, your comfort is their main focus and it shows.

This is on a quiet private road, off of a side street going to Mt Desert Island. It is in Ellsworth, close to the Trenton line.



Downtown Ellsworth 5 miles, with Shaws, Hannafords, Walmart, shops and restaurants.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are 13 miles away.

This house is private, yet close to amenities. Everything you want in a vacation home is here.

If we could give more stars, we would. The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We had easy access to Acadia and all the surrounding areas. We saw eagles and otters and the sunsets. Oh my, the sunsets!

Hands down the best VRBO we have stayed in and would have given it more stars, if allowed. Easy 10-15 minute drive from everything in Ellsworth and 30 mins from Bar Harbor and Acadia. If you’re looking for a quiet tucked away place with amazing views of the water, this place is for you! Enjoyed coffee on the porch everyday, fire pit for s’mores, and a fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated the few extra kitchen items like ziplocs and foil. Highly recommend this VRBO and it made our stay in Maine quite enjoyable. Thank you!!!

This cottage was absolutely wonderful. Location is quiet and private with a nice shoreline/beach. Kitchen was the best supplied we have ever experienced with so much thoughtfulness; right down to the ice cream scoop and marshmallow sticks. The beds were very comfortable. Sitting out on the deck at night with lighting and gas fire pit was peaceful. Quality, clean appliances. We lost power for a couple hours and were impressed that a generator kicked in without missing a beat. Host clearly cares about their guests and making their stay comfortable and a truly relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Our week long stay at this gorgeous vacation home was amazing! The views from the living area feel as though you are actually on the water - we enjoyed searching for seashells at low tide and watching tides come in and out in the mornings and evenings. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and the countless details put into our stay were so thoughtful. Truly everything you need including comfortable bedding, bathroom essentials, cooking utensils, ect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the mornings and by the firepit at night. Lots of nearby lobster pounds and food recs. Our 2 year old daughter loved the ice cream truck tent to play in that we found in the closet. We would absolutely recommend this location to anyone visiting Acadia National Park!!

This place was absolutely phenomenal and way beyond our expectations!! The WOW factor was real when we walked in and saw the view and how gorgeous the place was. The location right on the bay coupled with windows on every wall allowed us to see sea lions, wild turkeys, an otter, a bobcat, a bald Eagle, loons, falcons and seagulls as well as crabs on the beach. The place itself was GORGEOUS - brand new everything, adorable coastal decor, binoculars and a telescope for wildlife views, games, puzzles, etc. This owner thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including coffee and tea, some spices and oils, cleaning supplies and the most adorable plates and glasses. This place was one of the highlights of our trip to Maine and we are so very grateful for the memories!!!!

It was very clean, very comfortable, and such a beautiful location! We loved it here and hope to be back. Communication was excellent and the property manager, as well as the owners, were available, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen- so grateful for that. There was also plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. I’d give it 6 stars if I could! Our one tiny suggestion would be black out curtains in the bedrooms- we aren’t used to a 4:30am sunrise! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This property was amazing. Great place to wake up and enjoy breakfast at before we headed out for the day and an even better place to return to at the end of the day to enjoy dinner and sunset. Owner's have covered just about everything with the amenities available. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would consider staying here if we are in the area again in the future.

One of the most beautiful stays in Maine! The house is up to date and has everything you need. Waking up and having our coffee on the deck while overlooking the river was our favorite part. It's close to downtown Ellsworth and only 20-25 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia! The listing was exactly as described and communication with the host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Arcadia National Park Vacation

We looked for a place that would be a close drive to the National Park and came across this property. The house and location were wonderful. We saw porpoises, seals, herons, and otters swim from the back porch. The kids loved watching the tides come in and out and looking for things that were left by the high tide. Overall, we would recommend this place to everyone and if we come back to Maine we would look to book this place again.

Our first visit to Maine was fabulous – in no small part because of the K1ssick Cove Beach House. The photos don’t do it justice. We arrived at night (we struggled with the Schlage door lock) so imagine our surprise on waking to shimmering water views from almost every window! Truly, it felt like we were on a luxurious houseboat! And the attention to décor and thoughtful details is unparallelled. Extremely attractive art/ décor/accessories; plentiful hooks/bars for bath towels, ample space for toiletries, hairdryer AND curling iron, laundry baskets, huge closets, French press, table linens, jigsaw puzzles, rubberized bathmat, scissors, Kitchen Aid mixer, tunnel skylight in bathroom, cornhole game. The only con that’s worth mentioning is the fact that the TV doesn’t have local channels. We were unable to watch an important football game. In general, the TV was hard for us to operate. Detailed instructions might have helped. The house may have greater appeal to adult couples if it were furnished with at least one king-size bed. And the option of pushing the twins together in the second bedroom would be a plus. I found myself wishing for a fireplace, but it seems greedy to look for more ambiance in a house that is so spectacular. The impressive outside stairs to the beach lead to some fun beachcombing. We adored the quietness, gazed at the night sky, saw turkeys, and enjoyed the antics of loons. I wish we had stayed here the entire week, instead of only 3 days.
