The spacious bedroom has a Cal king bed, along with the full master bathroom. The living room offers a full-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace.
Access the large balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy a beautiful garden view and BBQ.
Bahia Vista offer a Swimming pool and Jacuzzi . Bring your own pool and beach towels. Enjoy the only condo in Bahia Vista that has Air Conditioning!

We were extremely disappointed in staying at Bahia Vista #C53. First, we weren’t given a map to find the condo in the complex. The apartment numbers are not sequential. If you don’t like stairs, there are 26 stairs including going up 1 floor in the elevator. When we finally got to the door, got the key out of the lockbox, the deadbolt lock was loose. Upon opening the door, we found the door is cracked and split apart from possibly being kicked in, and had paper holding the deadbolt in place on the inside. I would say, the counter tops and tile work was nice but not ‘fully remodeled’. The kitchen cabinets were old, needed repainting and not fully equipped. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work and no tea pot. The bed frame did not fit the mattress. It was a king frame for a cal king bed. The mattress was old with a 2” foam pad topper. Most of the furniture was well used. All of the throw rugs and area rugs were very dirty. Another safety hazard was a couple of electrical outlets without covers and the main one next to the sofa wasn’t working. There was a pile of cords next to the bed. From the balcony, the ‘garden view’ is dead bamboo branches and looking at the neighbors building unless you wanted to hang over the railing and look down.

Wonderful place to stay just off the main strip

Lovely place to stay for a short vacation. Two blocks away from the main strip of Crescent st so it's nice and quiet. Upon our arrival, the groundskeeping manager (gentleman who runs the garden) saw that my daughter was sunburned and was kind enough to bring her some fresh aloe from his garden. He gave us a wonderful first impression. Would reccomend and would stay again.

We stayed at Bahia Vista C53 with our family, including young children. Unfortunately, we experienced a very serious safety issue with the unit’s entry door and lock.The electronic lock first malfunctioned and prevented us from getting into the unit. Then, after we were inside and had locked the deadbolt normally for the night, we woke up the next morning and could not get the deadbolt to open from the inside.We were trapped inside the third-floor unit for more than an hour with no usable way to exit. My husband tried to remove the deadbolt himself with the limited items we had available, but could not get it open.We called the emergency property manager, and I do want to give credit to the staff who responded. They acted quickly and were very responsive once we called. However, they were also unable to get the lock open and ultimately had to kick the door in to get us out.A temporary lock was installed afterward, but we stayed the remainder of our trip with a damaged entry door. There was visible daylight around the area of the temporary repair, which left us concerned about the security of the unit as well.This was not simply an inconvenience or routine maintenance issue. Being physically unable to exit a third-floor rental with small children is a serious fire and life-safety concern. Had there been a fire or medical emergency during that hour, we would not have been able to leave the unit.I contacted Catalina Island Vacation Rentals directly after our stay and

We stayed for the 1/2 marathon. The location to race start was why we chose this property. Unfortunately the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Yellow stained pillows, stained comforter and dirty rugs. Food left in the refrigerator from previous party. I would not stay in this unit again. They were not able to move us and they did put new sheets on the bed, but overall it was not clean.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t compensated in anyway for spending almost a week in a condo without a light in the kitchen. It made cooking difficult and frustrating. Also, no instructions for tv. Could be better organized/cleaner…didn’t feel as clean as prior year when I stayed in sane condo. The size of condo is perfect for my family…we cook though while in Avalon and having no light in the kitchen was an issue.
