This unit in Hamilton House has great side views of the Gulf so you can see sunrise and sunset. We love the convenience of the pool and beach access. This condo unit's layout is good. We really appreciated the beach towels, pool/beach toys, pack & play and chairs provided by the owners. On the downside, the condo is looking a bit run down and the porch could use a good power wash as the floor was very dirty from years of use. The kitchen had a mish-mash of utensils, dishes and cooking equipment but we had enough to cook some basic dinners. Personally, I would discard all the knick-knacks / tchotchkes and fake floor plants throughout the unit. They were all very old, dusty and an impediment to small children. As one of only a few 3-bedroom units in this conveniently located property, refreshing the decor and furniture might elevate the rental opportunity.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback about your stay at Hamilton House 307, Bonnie. We're so glad you enjoyed the Gulf views, easy access to the beach and pool, and the family-friendly extras like the beach gear, chairs, and Pack 'n Play. It's always nice to hear when those little touches help make a vacation easier. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the décor, kitchen items, and balcony. Every guest has a different style, and feedback like yours is always helpful. We're happy to share that the condominium association has scheduled the balcony floors for cleaning and restoration this August. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Hamilton House 307. Our team at JC Resorts North Office hopes to welcome you back for another relaxing stay by the Gulf.

Great beach location

The location was great, the condo was the perfect size for three guests, pictures were accurate. Only things I could point out are that there was loud live music every night but one right across the street (luckily they shut down every night at 10pm) and the wind chimes could be annoying if it was windy.
