Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 307 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Side View vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious Light and bright top floor north east corner vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 307 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and a queen and a double in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 307 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered parking spaces. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Great beach location

The location was great, the condo was the perfect size for three guests, pictures were accurate. Only things I could point out are that there was loud live music every night but one right across the street (luckily they shut down every night at 10pm) and the wind chimes could be annoying if it was windy.

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!
