Condo was as advertised and everything was working. The unit was clean and well equipped. The only reason I gave this a 4 star had nothing to do with the condo. It had to do with the location of the beach. Had to walk quite a distance to get close to the water and during low tide it was even further. It was my understanding this was the result of the last hurricane. Still was exhausting to carry all the stuff down to the beach. The outdoor pools were also good.

Nice place

The rental was great, they have several pools and everything was very clean. The beach is unique when the tide goes out the beach is pretty gross because of the mud but the rental was fine.

Glad you enjoyed our condo. It’s actually not a true swimming beach, it’s The Sound, where it meets the ocean, that’s why the sand is different. I’m sorry you had a 4 star experience, but it is unique however. I hope you had the opportunity to see all the birds and grab some shells! You’re welcome back anytime, we’d love to have you.

Port Royal Hilton Head

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo! Unit was very clean, well supplied and beds were comfortable. The owner replied quickly to all of our questions and even allowed us to check in an hour early to meet our needs. We were in Hilton Head to attend the RBC Heritage tournament and we were able to easily drive to the shuttle. While we didn't visit the beach, it was only steps away. Would stay here again :)
