Nestled just 4 miles from Rathdrum, Idaho, in quaint Twin Lakes Village, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms with one king, one queen, and a pair of twin XL beds. The bonus/game room over the garage includes a futon that folds into an additional queen and the twin XL beds can be combined for a second king - easily accommodating up to 8 guests,

The 2 bathrooms feature walk-in showers (one wheelchair accessible) and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub for a soothing experience after a round of golf or day on the slopes. The bonus room contains a game table and 65" TV with soundbar. With amenities like high speed fiber internet, integrated sound system with surround sound, books, games, washer/dryer, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in this cool retreat. The house is wheel chair accessible via both the front walk and ramp in the garage.

The property backs upon the 6th tee of Twin Lakes Village golf course and offers beautiful views of the course, in both summer and winter! Tenants can enjoy access to golf, Lower Twin Lake (access to boat launch), swimming pool, tennis, pickle ball, and horse shoes all within walking distance or short drive from the house. We are also just a short 15 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. Our quiet neighborhood is just 30 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene and 40 minutes from Spokane. Rathdrum provides access to shopping and an array of dining choices.

Winter guests are within one hour of three alpine ski resorts offering slopes for all levels; Schweitzer - 49 miles north on US-95, Silver Mountain Resort - 54 miles east on I-90, and Mount Spokane - 32 miles west in eastern Washington. Additionally, there are many opportunities for those who prefer cross country skiing.

Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful setting

Our family of 7 had plenty of room in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful setting with lots of bird watching. The kids especially enjoyed the beach and the playground. The owner is a great communicator and got back to us right away with all of our questions.

There is so much to do in this neighborhood. The kids really enjoyed the pool and beach. I loved going for walks and bike rides each day. I wish we had more time to golf. This is a great rental for families. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Amazing place close to Silverwood!

Our family takes a trip to N.Idaho each year to enjoy Silverwood and the sights! We stayed at a condo in this area in the past and were so excited to come across Mark & Ann-Marie’s home. It was perfect in every way! We had three adults & 3 kids under 5. All details were covered and we loved the lake & pool! We were so impressed! The beds were comfy, we loved playing Wii and enjoying the back patio. Our little ones loved being mermaids on the jacuzzi tub and making Lego creations. Cooking in the gourmet kitchen was fabulous and so helpful to use Walmart for grocery delivery! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thank you Mark & Ann Marie!

I was tasked with finding a place to stay for a family wedding in a geographic location none of us knew anything about. Not only were we the closest to the venue, I think we had the nicest place. Mark was an excellent & available host from the very beginning. All details & instructions were lined out & at our fingertips. The golf course neighborhood was lively & friendly with people out & about enjoying the outdoors. Lots of walkers & their dogs. We walked daily. Everything about the environment was fabulous, from the window views to the back porch. One of the best stocked kitchens ever experienced, fabulous sound system & CD selection, plenty of chairs and TV trays as we hosted other family one afternoon on the porch. Full size laundry room with all amenities. Comfortable beds with quality linens throughout. Lots of pillows, blankets, hangers in the closets. Grocery store & everything you need a short drive away. I cannot say enough about this wonderful house on Broken Tee Road.
