Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start the laundry, towels first. Either hang out to dry or put in dryer. Start next load...washer cycle is SLOW! I'LL FINISH and put away if you dont have time.
Make beds with fresh sheets.
Wipe down bathroom, kitchen, refridge. Put all dishes away. Vacuum.
I dont charge a cleaning fee and I do most by myself. Please leave ready for next guest, usually the same day.
Much appreciated!!

About the host
Hosted by anne d osborne
Prior to 1976 when I chose to stay full time, I spent every summer of my life here from age 6 Mos. This has been my home base as we moved numerous times around NY state. I knew in high school in Yonkers NY that I wanted to eventually teach at our local high school here and started part-time in 1978, full-time in 1985.
I have enjoyed traveling, and, as a host, enjoy meeting people from all over and sharing my beloved corner of paradise.
