Beautifully designed villa nestled in the heart of the rainforest with spectacular mountain views, ideal for nature lovers seeking a secluded retreat just minutes by car from the beach.

Located in a private, gated community 2 km from the main road, this villa offers a perfect escape from the crowds, 18 km from Dominical, 25 km from Manuel Antonio, and 35 km from Marino Ballena.

Access is by 4x4 vehicle only.

It features spacious terraces and balconies, an infinity pool with a huge deck, outdoor areas, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a terrace with a partial ocean view.

The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning; the other has two bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom, and air conditioning.

Just off the Costanera Highway (CR-34), minutes from beautiful tropical beaches and close to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and the Ballena Marine National Park.

It is a very pleasant house, with all the necessities of the modern live, but away from it, nested in the magical tropical forest. It has 3 bedrooms (All of them with Air Conditioning) with ceiling fans, satellite tv, an infinity pool surrounded by an amazing rainforest.
The house is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Portasol Living famous park, La Cazuela, awesome waterfall ending on crystal clear river pools where you can actually swim and jump off.
There are many activities in the area: zip linning in Quepos, Rafting class 3 on the Savegre River, Surf Lessons in Dominical, Stand Up Paddle baord in the mangrove, ATV tours, waterfalls or just take a volleyball ball and go enjoy the beach. We are sure you will not get bored
