Escape to our beautiful lakefront home on Lake Ann, where relaxation and adventure await! Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, our home offers breathtaking water views, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and easy access to Back 40 Trail, just steps away for biking and hiking enthusiasts.

Enjoy the lake your way - walk or ride our tram, where you can kayak and swim. Back at the house, unwind with board games, patio time, and cozy indoor spaces designed for making memories. Book now!

What you'll Love:
- Lake access - Use tram or walk easily to shore
- Kayaks (both kid and adult sizes), canoe, stand up paddle board, floaties, and life jackets provided - Explore the water at your own pace
- Biking and hiking - Back 40 Trail is at the end of our cul-de-sac. It is a very fun walk near the dam. You can access many other trails throughout Bella Vista.
- Games galore - Enjoy some competition
- Spacious gathering areas - Perfect for families and groups (Outdoor has two upper decks, upper patio, lower deck by the water, dock)
- Need to get some remote work in? No problem! We added a desk with dual monitors if needed.

The house was as advertised. Lake access was such a bonus and we enjoyed many mornings drinking coffee and watching the morning mist. Plenty of lake gear was provided and there was ample space for bike storage in the garage.

Family Vacation

We really loved the home and property! Spent evenings cooking meals, playing games and hanging out together! We spent our days hiking nearby and kayaking and swimming on the lake! Beautiful home, it had everything we needed!

Relaxing get away!

The property is lovely! The giant windows provide views of the lake all day long. The kids had just as much fun at the house as they did out exploring the area. The hosts were overly accommodating I have never had service like it. We hope to be back!

40th birthday celebration

This was a trip to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 40th birthday. The property was perfect. The lake view were beautiful. The hosts were so great and attentive. We definitely will come back.

We had a wonderful few days at this beautiful home. The view was amazing, that water was perfect, the toys, kayaks, canoes were perfect. The house was decorated so cute and was welcoming. We would have loved to stay a few more days! Plus, they had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, chargers, portable speakers, everything- so pack light)! Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Spring Break Getaway

This Home has all you and your family needs for a relaxing time. The home is in a great neighborhood and steps from the lake. We took out Lab with us and he absolutely loved it as well. The home has great space for everyone to spread out including upstairs, downstairs, outdoor patio, and deck down at the lake. We certainly look forward to visiting again! Thank you to our host how made sure we had everything we needed!

Just what needed!

The lake at sunset captured our hearts the moment we walked through the front doors of Winding Down. The still blue waters were mesmerizing as if they had been kissed by the sun with barely a hint of gold. Everything you need is here- beds, pillows, toothbrush, cooking stuff, anything you can think of. It’s here. Come home. Let it capture you.
