Within mere steps of the beach, this spacious First floor 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is the ideal summer or off-season retreat! Cape May's popular Cove Beach and Nature Conservancy are literally just around the corner. 2 Full Bathrooms with walk-in showers, one with jetted tub. Wraparound porch includes a large back deck and a patio grill, exclusive to the unit. In the front of the house is a classic "Cape May Porch" perfect for morning coffee or afternoon sitting and unwinding after the beach with the breezes. You're also just a short bike ride or walk on the promenade away from the Washington street Mall and all the attractions and great dining Cape May has to offer. On site parking for 2 cars included. Amenities Include outdoor grill, Outdoor shower, and plenty of beach chairs. The apartment sleeps 7 in bedrooms - 9 with pullout in the living area. Cleaning included on weekly rentals. Possible longer term winter/spring rates also available.
