This is a gulf front townhouse directly on the beach on East end of Thomas drive area near St. Andrew's State Park. Enjoy the beaches without the hassle of elevators. Park at your front door and step off the back deck onto the world's most beautiful beaches.

Central air conditioner , smart tv in living room, queen mattresses in guest room, fridge, microwave, bed linens, ceiling fans, end unit.

Townhouse is located at 5135 Gulf Drive, conveniently located near st. Andrew's state park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities, boat & jet ski rentals, and entertainment.

The living room looks out over the beaches. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The decor is done in a contemporary coastal flair with a nautical accents.

Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Kitchen overlooks great room. The master bedroom overlooks the beaches and has a covered balcony.

PET: A small dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less. Vaccinations and flea, tick & worm treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Pet must be pre-approved at time of reservation. Be sure to include pet's breed, weight and status of vaccinations at time of inquiry. No other types of pets are allowed. We don't make exceptions for larger pets or cats, thanks for understanding.

This rental exceeded our expectations. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3-12 and there was plenty of space for us.There was a ton of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. We ended up leaving all of our toys as well so we didn’t have to drag them home with us. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful townhome right on the beach. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach or sit on the deck and take in the view! The townhouse is right next to Schooners, a fun place to grab a bite or drink.

The townhouse was very clean and nice. Location was fantastic! Best beach experience! Rental contact has been great and even asked how was our stay. Will definitely be going back. We chose this place for the location. We have two littles and the thought of lugging everything out to the beach for maybe an hour of fun (we all know kids get bored and tired very quickly) just didn't sound appealing. This place exceeded our expectations!

Property was just what we wanted! Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 12 and 9 year olds. The location can’t be beat - step right off the porch into the sugary sand beach! The inside can use some updating, but the location makes up for that.

This property was a perfect choice for our family of 4. It was located directly on the beach and was so nice to be able to step directly from the private deck onto the beach. It was easy to access, parking was plenty, and it was very convenient to be able to walk to Schooners. Will definitely recommend to others.

Booked this property on short notice and you can't be too choosy when traveling with a small dog. We were very happy with the accommodations. You can't get any closer to the beach and the place was super clean. David the owner is a true gentleman and made the process a real pleasure. We plan on renting from him again for our next escape.

Had a great vacation!

We had a great stay at this property! The property has all the needed amenities and David was very prompt in responding to our questions and needs. We had to extend our stay because of hurricane Sally and we're thankful that he was accomodating with that. Location is also great -- espeically for families with small children. We'd certainly want to be back to this property for another vacation.
