Very nice holidays

We spent one week in Vincenzo's house and had a very nice time. Capaci is close to the city of Palermo and, from it, it's very easy to visit all the Western part of Sicily, including Segesta, Erice, Selinunte and Agrigento. The house itself is simple, but comfortable, and the terrace is extremely nice. The beach is five minutes away and makes for nice walks even when the water is too cold or agitated for a swim. Vincenzo is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very nice holiday

About 10 min foot distance from free sand beaches. We liked air conditioningin both bedrooms and big covered terrace with out shower. The wifi was rather week and mostly not functioning at all. We liked that supermarket and bakery and cafe with icecream were inwalking distance. Very well equipped kitchen - even with manual espresso machine! And very prompt and clear comminication with the owner in English - really nice peoole. Thank you Enzo for nice holiday.

Villa by the sea

Just came back from a 2 week holiday in Capaci. I booked the villa as it had great reviews especially about the owner Enzo and his wife. They looked after us Just like family which made the holiday very special. The villa is about a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, a 3 minute walk to a lovely authentic pizzeria and an 8 minute walk to a small supermarket which was great as we didn't need to hire a car. Enzo met us at the airport and took me to a large supermarket on our first day to stock up with supplies. He offered to take me again but we managed with the local bread shop, meat shop and small supermarket. The sea was beautiful and warm. It was the first holiday when I could just walk in and swim. The villa had a large terrace which we spent most of our time there. It looked over a garden with fig trees and a hen so we helped ourself to fresh figs every morning and eggs. There were 6 of us staying as it was a two bedroom, two of the kids slept on a pullout couch in the lounge but as it had a large terrace we didn't feel cramped. I would like to thank Enzo and his family for looking after us so well and would highly recommend the villa, the owner and the beach.

Wonderful month in Sicily

We were in this villa for a month in August- September 2016. The villa is perfect for a family, especially with a little child, because there a lot of space outside. beautiful terrace, where you could spend all day even in hot weather. inside villa there are all necessary things, especially in kitchen. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Enzo was very kind and helped us in everything. Sea is beautiful, no stones, not deep dear the coast, which is essential for little children. I'm recommending this villa for families first of all. For teens Capaci could be a little boring, but in 10 min by car there is Mondello with lots of clubs or you could go to Palermo in 15km.

Fantastic family vacation

We stayed 4 week's at Enzo's villa, and that was great experience - especially hospitality and support from Enzo starting day 1 until the very end. Villa is well located in quiet town Capaci, walking distance from the beach and cafes. The villa has everything one needs for a family stay - 2 bedrooms, kitchen / dining room with extra sleeping bed, working appliances, a spacious patio. With rented car we could get to any point in Sicily from nearby Palermo to Etna. Any question of request was very quickly addressed by the landlord, we felt very comfortable. I hope to come back in the future and will strongly recommend the place to friends interested in vacations in Sicily. Capaci seemed very safe place for us, no troubled whatsoever. Overall very positive impression!

bella vacanza sulla costa occidentale

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Capaci, ce qui nous a permis d'alterner visites et plages... L'appartement est propre et conforme à la description ( un micro-ondes serait un plus ) avec une terrasse plein ouest très agréable. L'appartement n'a pas de parking mais cela n'a jamais été un problème même au mois d'août. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, avantage indéniable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la partie occidentale ( Palerme, splendide et contrastée est à 20 mn de voiture ). Pour Agrigento et la vallée des temples, mieux vaut passer une nuit sur place ( 2h30 de voiture tout de même ! ), ce qui permet de visiter les temples au coucher du soleil, instant magique et de s'arrêter à Selinunte au retour. De bons restaurants, un glacier exceptionnel dans la rue de la maison et une enseigne française d'hypermarché à 5 minutes de voiture. Enzo et son épouse sont très sympatiques. Bref, nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables.

Clean,spacious and comfortable property

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The apartment is ideally located close to the beach, restaurants and ice- cream parlours. The owner couldn't have been more obliging from picking us up from the airport to being available for any advice or assistance we may have needed. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Great place near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Enzo's house. The beach is within walking distance which was great for our 4 year old daughter. We went to the beach almost every day and she loved it! The house is well equipped with airconditioning, washing machine and large bathroom. It also has a garden with chickens and a lovely veranda where we would have spent more evenings if it wasn't for the mosquitoes! Whenever we needed something (like an electric waterboiler) Enzo and his wife would gladly take care of it. He even brought us homemade pizza for dinner one night! We found the owners to be most helpful and would certainly recommend this place for smaller groups or families with children. John & Salima, the Netherlands.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR SUR LA COTE SICILIENNE

Maison très agréable située sur la route de la plage de CAPACI. On peut respirer le bon air de la mer sur la véranda et admirer un coucher de soleil magnifique sur la montagne derrière la maison. Enzo et sa famille sont formidables avec leur gentillesse. Il n'hésite pas à nous amener visiter le centre de Capaci, la plage d'Isola Bella et nous recommander le glacier le plus délicieux de l'Italie. Nous leur remercions de leur accueil et n'hésiterons pas à donner leur adresse à d'autre personne qui voudrait visiter la Sicile et Palerme. Merci encore Enzo. Gérard, Danavy et Léon de Paris.

Russian tourists review

In this house, me and my daughter had a wonderful two weeks holidays. In Mediterranean style, white with brown wooden shutters, decorated graceful ceramic panels. Spacious terrace fringed by trees Fig. The interior is stylish and at the same time, incredibly comfortable. All communications are made on modern technologies. For stay at home has everything that guests might need, and in more than enough quantities. A huge amount of different flowers that decorate the terrace and patio, complement the style of the house. Location of the house is good. To the sea, they say the Russians, you can reach by hand. And a walk in the town center in less than 10 minutes. But, if on the way to look at one of the many gelateria, the walk may take a while. In three steps from the house is pizzeria serves the best pizza in the world, believe me. The owners of the house, Senor Enzo and his charming wife Senora Rosaria, always provide any assistance from touring the island to the functions of 911, within a few minutes arrived at the request of the guests, accidentally left the keys inside. GREAT VACATION

Logement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et très agréable. Douche extérieure parfaite au retour de la plage. Propriétaires charmants. Environnement un peu bruyant (route). Accès très pratique à une plage jolie et non payante. Capaci est un bon point d'attache si on veut s'éloigner des sites touristiques et visiter l'ouest de la Sicile de Cefalu à Trapani.

Excellent séjour en famille

La location confortable, conforme à la descrisption est aussi située à un endroit stratégique pour visiter la Sicile du nord (Palerme, Céfalu, Mondello ...), de l'ouest (Castellemare, Erice ..),mais aussi le sud (Agrigente, Sciacca etc..). L'autoroute qui dessert ces régions est à une minute. Si vous ne voulez pas trop bougez (ou affronter la circulation), la belle plage est à proximité (3 minutes en tongs à la vitesse d'un vacancier). Elle est très fréquentée les week-ends mais très grande. Au retour de la plage, profitez de la douche à l'extérieur (grande idée) puis installez-vous sous la véranda ou à l'ombre du figuier ou sur l'immense terrasse ensoleillée. La maison est agréable avec ses 2 chambres, sa grande pièce, sa salle de bains, mais nous avons passé l'immense majorité de notre temps dehors (sauf pour dormir évidemment). L'accueil et le suivi du séjour par Rosaria, Enzo et la famille furent les bonus des vacances (pizzas, réception à l'aéroport (à une heure du matin !!), vistite de Palerme ...). En résumé, plus qu'agréable, plus que chaleureux et la SIcile est à découvrir. Au fait, les figues à portée de main ..... un délice. Les sites à voir : Palerme et ses innombrables églises, Erice et Monréale (villes perchées et vues mémorables), Agrigente pour la ville et sa vallée des temples. Céfalu pour la ville et sa plage. J'en passe .... Merci Enzo, Rosario, Antonio, Frédérica, Marta et Angelo, Nona et Nono

Wonderful holiday.

We spent wonderfull vacation in Enzo's house. The house is well equipped for rest and it has very good arrangement: near some beaches, grocery shops not far. Very much the shady and spacious verandah was pleasant. There we escaped in the afternoon from the sun. Thanks of Enzo and its remarkable family for heartiest welcome!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay in Sicily. Enzo and his family were brilliant. They showed us the local area and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The house was a delight to stay in with everything we needed. Enzo in particular helped us with some difficulties we had with car hire.

Avoir trouvé un tel endroit stratégique pour bien visiter le N-W de la Sicile, fut une belle surprise! Le logement est spacieux, très propre, très calme et pas éloigné des magasins de premières nécessités. La présence d'un jardin où une quinzaine de poules vivent en liberté, est un plus; nous avons apprécié les oeufs frais journaliers! Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants pleins d'attention et très discrets. Nous avons passé une semaine très active pour les visites touristiques et très reposante grâce au calme de la maison et à la proximité de plages au sable fin. Grazie Rosaria e Enzo.

My Holidays in Capaci

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison à Capaci. La description et les photos étaient conformes aux indications mentionnées sur le site. La maison et la terrasse étaient propres, les draps et les serviettes neufs. La location est idéalement située près de la plage (sable) et non loin des bars, restaurants ... à peine 3 minutes à pied. Je recommande cette location qui est idéale pour visiter Palerme et ses environs ainsi que les plus belles villes de Sicile. Le propriétaire, Enzo est très serviable, disponibles, à l'écoute : un vrai bonheur. Je remercie également sa famille et sa belle mère pour leur accueil, leur bonne humeur et sympathie tout au long du séjour. Si nous devons retourner en Sicile c'est le lieu dans lequel nous retournerions sans aucune hésitation!!! Estelle & Mickaël

Villa Capaci by the Sea

Once again we stayed in this fantastic villa only a short walk to the beautiful beach of Capaci. Enzo and his wife were wonderful and the villa was very clean with all the necessary amentities needed for a family holiday. The local restaurants and bars are good value and with only a short bus ride into Palermo the villa is perfect. If you're looking for a complete sun, sea, relaxing holiday this is certainly top of my list and am already planning another trip next year. Once again thank you Enzo and Rosaria for your great hospitality.

What makes this property unique

Capaci is an excellent destination for those on a self-catering holiday, with plenty of food shops and supermarkets to be found. Those that prefer to eat out can take their pick from a number of restaurants both in the town and near the sea front, a large proportion of which specialise in some of the freshest seafood imaginable. The centre of Capaci is also home to a number of historical buildings, including the baroque Cathedral Church, which imposes itself in the centre of town and houses a number of works of art that date back to the 18th Century.

The traditional taverns around the town centre of a great place to meet some of the friendly locals and experience a side of Sicily that not all tourists immerse themselves in. Those wishing for a more vibrant and touristic nightlife can make the short journey into nearby Palermo, which has a number of late bars and nightclubs to cater for all tastes.
