Enjoy breathtaking sunset views of Waquoit Bay and Hamblin Pond from the expansive lighted deck and second floor balconies in this recently renovated 4 BR home on Seconsett Island.

The first floor features a glass fronted living room opening onto a spectacular new lighted deck, beautifully renovated white kitchen with quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances as well as a twin bedroom and marble bath with shower.

The second floor bedrooms include two lovely queen bedrooms each with water view balconies, a family suite with a king size sleigh bed and full size bed with water views. There is ample space for a pack and play. To complete the sleeping space there is a charming alcove with a twin bed. There are two marble accented baths, one with a shower and the other with a tub/showerand double vanity sinks. There is also a W/D.

Enjoy crabbing from the private pier. Kayaks and paddle boards are available. Quiet and secluded location yet just minutes to Mashpee Commons and South Cape beach.
