Come visit our home in Bolton Landing, NY. Newly renovated with all fresh paint, new appliances, and flooring. The home accommodates 6 guests (strictly enforced), with 3 bedrooms (Queen, Full, and 2 Twin Beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, living room, and outdoor space to grill and porch to enjoy the lake views! Our home is walking distance to the beach, playground, family-friendly activities, restaurants, boat rentals, the lake, and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect place for a family getaway. If you're not familiar with Bolton Landing, we're 10 miles north of Lake George Village. I'm happy to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have! Pets, parties, and smoking are NOT permitted.

This was our second time at this house. The property was well maintained as expected. I love the new decking and deck set. September is a great time to enjoy lake and get into restaurants as summer crowd backs off. I wouldnt hesitate to rent this property again.

Girls weekend getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time visiting Bolton Landing. We were a party of 6 and the house was everything we wanted and needed; it was so cleaned and organized. The house was nestled in a quite a neighborhood yet walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view from the deck was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.Also definitely check out Bear’s Cup for cod and pastries!!

We had an amazing time! The property was charming, clean and in a very private, quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were just perfect for our family. The host, Heather, was amazing with the booking and was very responsive. She maintained a clean and neat environment and left very clear instructions and information for us, which was very helpful. She also offered tips for entertaining and attractions around the area. We absolutely loved it! We hope to make this trip to Lake George a family tradition and hope to be able to stay at this property again!

Decent spot for a short trip

The property was very clean in a good location and Heather was fairly responsive. Some of the small details could have been more thought out (e.g. only 4 hangers in closet in primary bedoorm, no hooks in Master bedroom, despite property guidelines insistence we use hooks for towels, etc.). We also received information about the property only 24 hours in advance (ex/there are no beach towels), only 24 hours in advance. Our visit to the house was at the end of a 10 day trip, so this is information I would have wanted earlier so I could have packed some. Instead we had to run to Target to purchase them.

Charming home in a central, yet private drive.

I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the property owner Heather. She was a pleasure to interact with. Her home was very clean and very welcoming. We all felt comfortable and “at home”. Pretty view of the lake from the master bedroom and partial view from back porch. If you’re looking for a place in the area, you’ll want to consider this location.

Great spot to stay in Bolton Landing!

My husband and his dad camp on the islands in the middle of Lake George and our kids were not old enough to camp yet. This place was a great option because it was near the marina to get to the camp site but we could come home to a place for the night. The place was nice and clean and it was nice to have an area for the kids to play. Only comment is some of the doors stick a bit and could benefit from sanding/planing. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great with communication and helping me when her original welcome email went to my spam box. Would stay again!

Fun at heathers place

It was a great break to come back to comfortable very cool place after a 95 degree day in the sun. The entire place was made to feel like home, and it did. Everything we needed was supplied and easily accessible. Overall wonderful stay would highly recommend and we will be back again. Great job Heather!!!
