Your cozy getaway awaits in Fair Haven at this tranquil cabin.

Newly constructed and Unique 2 bedroom rustic cabin close to amenities, yet nestled near Vermont state forests, lakes and mountains.

Inside you will find a cozy open concept living/dining/kitchenette area with modern amenities. Private first level bedroom with memory foam queen bed and full closet. Bathroom with full size tub/shower and laundry closet. Climb the ladder to access the loft area, which can accommodate 2 additional guests via twin memory foam beds.

Constructed with locally sourced materials, Scotch Hill Cabin is sure to please the eyes with it's warm and inviting charm.

Smoking is prohibited inside cabin. If smoking outside, please be respectful with disposing of butts.

Guest access:
Private parking beside cabin for up to 2 cars. Private porch entrance.

Other things to note:
Sleeping loft has ladder access, NOT stairs. Host cannot be held responsible for use by unable persons/children. Booking Guest responsible to determine ability. Use at own risk.

Perfect stay for 2!

Brand new build equipped with “new house smell” Super clean and tastefully decorated. Our only regret was that our itinerary didn’t allow us to stay longer to enjoy sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee.

Extremely cute and cozy cabin in a quiet rural area. Very clean and decorated extraordinarily well to give you the feeling of a true Vermont experience. The mattress in the main bedroom was wonderful. We did have a minor issue but Chad was quick to respond and help. I recommend this cottage and hope to stay here again the next time we are travelling through the area.

Beautiful cabin

This place smell like fresh cut wood and place beautiful outside and inside. This place has all the stuff of home inside, the hardwood floor from top to bottom and each room has a special place to make home. The front entrance make you feel like home with plants hanging and plants out front and porch is great sitting out and grill food . The owners are really nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Had many ppl stop asking about the place and how to rent this out.
