Great stay. There for 4 days. Clean, comfy beds. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. Easy to drive to. Recommend to anyone.

Amazing cabin and hosts
This was a beautiful place to stay! The cabin is so well stocked, the hosts have thought of every detail you could want! Very clean and spacious! Quiet but only a couple minutes drive to restaurants. The Garden Market and Drifters Cafe are a must visit! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

From the owner: “Thank you for the wonderful review, Marcy! We loved hosting you and hope to do so again soon!"
Perfect size for our family of 4 (plus the dog!) to get away for a few days. Very clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed, and we enjoyed the games provided. Streamed a few movies on the large tv.
The babbling creek curves around the whole back half of cabin; along with the swings and firepit were very peaceful and quiet. We played games, made smores, and laughed a lot!
We would absolutely stay here again.

COZY, COZY, COZY!
Quiet, cozy, comfy. Listening to the stream from the balcony was complete heaven. Seeing all the wildlife was amazing. Close to stores, shops and restaurants. Try out Mack's in Wardensville! Don't forget to stop by the local market. The cabin was very clean and inviting. We spent most of the time by the stream staying cool and playing in the water. The host was amazing and answered all questions we had and accommodated our guest change with ease. Will be renting from them again! Highly recommend planning a trip here!

Easter in the Woods
Clean, cozy, spacious cabin tucked away in beautiful Wardensville, WV. Perfectly placed along a calming creek and a short drive away from downtown which offers country hospitality at each of its locally owned restaurants and stores. Plenty of room both inside and out for 6 as well as a spacious driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles. Full kitchen with plenty of amenities as well as a flat screen tv in the living room. Lots of Local hiking trails or Shenandoah National Park which has something for everyone like hikes or a drive to take in the beautiful scenery is worth the day trip. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can’t go wrong with this beautiful cabin.
My wife and I rented Cozy Creek Cabin so that our adult daughters who are all living or going to school in the Winchester/MD area could come and spend Thanksgiving with us.
We had a great time and the house was really nice. The location is beautiful and everything was clean and working well.
The Internet was spotty at times, but for the most part we could stream our usual shows when we wanted to and the grad students could do their work.
My only complaint is that there are no accessible laundry facilities on site. We were only there for 4 days, but a longer stay or a stay with small children would make doing a laundry a necessity.
So it is a great place for a long weekend, but be sure to bring groceries. The closest large grocery store is 30 minutes away.

From the owner: "Thank you, Craig! Glad you and your family were able to enjoy your Thanksgiving! Come back soon!"
We were a little hesitant at first because of its location but it is only an hour from Davis, WV and an hour and half from Canaan Valley Resort and Blackwater Falls State Park which offers many winter activities in which we utilized snow tubing and watching wildlife. Since a winter storm came during our stay, we enjoyed having roasted marshmellows at the bonfire, walked the creek, played board games, baked brownies and made hot chocolate, watched Netflix movies by the fireplace, had snowball fights, and sledded down the hill. This was a huge success for our road trip. Tammy was quick to respond when we had a question. The only downfall I can think of is that there is no washer or dryer, though, there is a laundry mat half mile away. We will be back!
Cozy Creek Cabin holds a special place in our hearts. What started as our own little mountain escape quickly became something we wanted to share. We fell in love with the sound of the creek, slow mornings on the porch, and star-filled nights in the hot tub — and we knew others would too.
We’re Krysta and Tom, and we care deeply about creating a space that feels peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail you see is something we chose with intention, hoping your stay here feels just as special as it does to us.
