Executive newly remodeled home with Pool, Spa & Games Room!

Absolutely gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom located in the community of Westridge, just a short drive from Disney and near to a 24 hour Walmart. This beautiful home has just recently been completely renovated and was done very well.

Featuring two spacious living areas, one with leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV with Roku to stream live tv or watch your favorite apps such as Disney plus and Netflix, DVD player and PlayStation. The family room also has leather sofas and and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, dishware, silverware etc and features a kitchen nook with seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV and ensuite bathroom which features stand-in shower, garden tub and double-sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each and a TV. Total of 5 TV's in home.

The garage has even been converted into a games room with table-tennis, air hockey table, foosball table, games table, and dartboard. The private pool and spa area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and features a shaded lanai area for outside dining. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc for your convenience. Book now - you won't be disappointed! Accommodates up to 8 people.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

The layout of the house was for perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. Pool and spa heated well and as soon as requested. Communication with the management was great. But, the overall feel, smell and look of the house left much to be desired. I communicated with management that it really needed a deep clean — all pillows and bedding were sweat stained, and all the bedrooms had squeaky beds and stained mattresses. For a month long stay, I felt we deserved better. For families, no sidewalks in the neighborhood.

Brilliant stay

The villa was amazing, well looked after. The pool was amazing. There wasn't a day we didn't go on the pool. Location is perfect two minutes to the main road for traveling. What more could you want. Will definitely be staying again !!

Great stay!

My family had a great stay at this house. It's so pretty and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was my kids favorite part I couldn't get them out! Bedrooms were all comfortable and the house has a nice layout. We will definitely rent this house again!

We had a very nice stay at this house in Westridge. It had everything we needed, it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We did have an issue with the Carbon Monoxide detector on the weekend where it was beeping but it was quickly resolved same day which was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home!

The home was great the neighborhood was great we love it a great home to relax after a long day out both Highways were very close by Route four and 192 it was very nice I would stay again thank you for everything welcome home .
