Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade but please don't strip linen and leave on floor. This helps keep housekeeping from walking on my linen while trying to clean. Thanks for understanding!

From Checkin to checkout everything was great. A great space on the balcony to relax with an unobstructed view of the beach off to the side. Sunsets were great while sitting there drinking coffee. All the stuff needed from toys to build sand castles to boogie boards. Although I didn’t have pets it was nice seeing food and water bowl with food and treats under the sink just in case. That was a nice touch. Games for kids to play and space to relax even on the parking level.

Check in was super easy! We received a message that the house was ready and we could check in early! Everything was great! This property is awesome. Very clean , nice cold air condtioner ,fast internet and tvs in every bedroom. Stayed here with my dogs and family. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets. An easy short walk to the beach. And had plenty of beach chairs and gear to use. Host is very responsive and very enjoyable to work with. We had a 4 day stay and we will docit again next year. And the crock pot came in clutch for us.

Nice little family vacation spot for my dog and toddler to get to experience a beach for the first time. Had largely everything that we needed. It was a little dirtier than I would expect when we showed up, but nothing egregious. The one knock was a broken seal on the window in the bunk bed room. My toddler slept in that room and, with the cold temperatures and strong wind, it was noisy and chilly. We didn't realize what was going on until the next morning. I was able to seal it temporarily myself, so wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, I would recommend. Nice place. Extremely nice/convenient location and views. Nice hosts.

The house was an excellent stay! House was clean and beds were comfortable. View of the water and beach from the deck and a short walking distance to the beach. The outdoor games they had on the property were an added bonus to afternoon activities. Neighborhood was quiet, even on prom weekend. We brought our own bath items but it was nice to see that they had extra toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap readily available to use if needed. Highly recommended stay!
