Welcome to Mountain Side Condo in the heart of Summit County—perfect for year-round mountain adventures.




This 2BR + Loft, 2BA condo offers easy access to Summit County’s great ski areas in the winter (with drive or bus options) and outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and Lake Dillon in the summer. 





Enjoy full access to the Mountainside Club House amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym, racquetball court, and outdoor tennis court.




Our 2BR + Loft/ 2BA condo is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries.

* King suite (Sleeps 2): King bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bath with tub/ shower on upper level.

* Loft (Sleeps 2): 2 twin beds on upper level.

* Queen Suite (Sleeps 2): Queen bed, en-suite bath with tub/shower.

* Living room: Spacious with large flat-screen TV, mountain views, and a cozy area to unwind.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances and seating for six at the dining table.

* Balcony: Deck with mountain views—perfect for morning coffee or apres-ski drinks.




This 2BR + Loft/ 2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bathroom amenities, including free toiletries, are provided.




We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

We had a great stay at the townhouse. We worked remotely so that we could be in the mountains for 4 weeks, and the space allowed for enough separation for that. It was very comfortable and the deck was lovely for some extra relaxation time. The location was perfect and you can’t beat having the trails practically in the backyard. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The communication was very clear and helpful. They jad anything you would need - kitchen utensils, extra blankets, fans, paper products, covered parking, etc. The home was very clean. Check out wss very easy as well. We loved the hot tub and pool. We were within a short walk to Main street and hiking. The view of the mountain was also beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property.
