The Glacier View Loft at Duck Lake is strategically located on the East Side of Glacier National Park at Duck Lake, along the Rocky Mountain Front, allowing for beautiful views as you travel to and from the park.
This unit was newly constructed in 2024/25 and boasts 550 square feet of private living space in the loft. The ground floor includes a bathroom, sitting area and full sized washer and dryer.
Easy access is provided to the eastern entrance of the Going to the Sun Road at St. Mary, which is just 12 miles away and does not require a vehicle reservation for access. Additionally, it is only 18 miles to Many Glacier and 45 miles to Two Medicine, the other two major areas of Glacier National Park.
This loft has a fully functional kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator and stove. With a queen bed and a double/double bunk, it can easily accommodate a family. Come enjoy the park!

If you are headed to the East side of Glacier National Park, this is a great place to stay. We have a family of 6 and fit comfortably in the loft. It was a great base for day excursions to the park. The Saxby's we great hosts.

Vey clean and well stocked unit, perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here to have easy access to Many Glacier, St. Mary's and Two Medicine entry points. Beds were comfortable and the onsite laundry was perfect for our hiking clothes. Large open room with huge windows. Owners were very responsive. We ate most meals here but did go out one evening for dinner. Town of Babb is very minimal, it's better to drive to St. Mary's for last minute items.

Our stay at Glacier View Loft was wonderful!It is a clean and quiet place to stay while visiting Glacier. It is very comfortable with a washer and dryer, which is nice for a family and longer stays. Kent and Vicki are quick to respond and have great recommendations for the area.We loved staying in the Babb area. It is a much slower pace, which is nice for vacation vice faster pace of West Glacier. It is also very close to St. Mary’s and Many Glacier entrances. It will require you to go down a gravel road, but was fine in a sedan.The Glacier View Loft is lovely! We would certainly stay here on our next visit to Glacier.
