About this property

"Gather by the Sea"

Your Crystal River adventure begins at this charming 4-bedroom house with a patio "cocktail" pool overlooking the golf course. Near our beautiful Kings Bay and the Crystal River, you can swim with the manatees in the cooler months, fish or scallop (seasonally) in the Gulf, or just enjoy our local community with some excellent waterfront restaurants. Great for entertaining with plenty of room for the family. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 full over twin trundle bed, there's plenty of space for all guests. Two of the bedrooms/bathrooms can be closed off to create additional "suites" for privacy. The 3 bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs for a relaxing stay. In addition, the living room includes a cozy full sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Electric fireplace, wet bar, and indoor/outdoor games as well. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our lovely home.

Great birthday weekend

This property was perfect for us! It was nice to have the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the lazy days in the pool and great seafood right up the street! The shower in the master bathroom was amazing and bed was super comfy! We will be back to this location!

Beautiful house

This is a large beautiful house perfect for groups. The patio pool was great for cooling off and just gathering together. It appears to be a new on the vacation rental market, so it needs a few extras for larger groups like more bath towels and cookware. But nothing major. All in all, we had a great time.

Spacious and comfortable

There were 8 of us for this stay. Entry was easy and the house was clean. We did have to search a bit for towels for the bathrooms and were able to find them. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable, plenty of amenities and pool was a great option for all.

This was a fabulous get away spot! Located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course (currently closed, but is being maintained). Plenty of space for the family and grandkids. All the amenities were there, including extra coffee which is sometimes hard to come by! The "cocktail pool" was more than adequate size for cooling down and letting the kids have some splash time. Very close to the springs! We enjoyed a day at Hunter Springs. It's only a few miles away, so very walkable. Three Sisters Springs is even closer. Rebecca was very timely with her communication and very helpful. We would stay again!
