Charming Beach Bungalow, 100 yards from the beach
Discover this fabulous 1-bedroom historic gem in Seal Beach, just 100 yards to the beach and a few blocks from the charming main street. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing, fishing or a stroll down main street for great restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shopping. Bruce, my bff , co-host and property owner, who lives above this unit will take you out to breakfast at least once during your stay.
This cozy house is the downstairs unit offering heating, WiFi, and AC (bedroom window) for your comfort. Outdoor BBQ grill on-site and coin laundry. We think our place will help you experience everything Seal Beach has to offer.
Street parking is available, but only 1 hour on our side of the street with unlimited on the opposite side. Bruce, will get you a complimentary parking permit if you want to park on either side for extended hours, but be sure to avoid street cleaner hours on Monday and Thursday mornings.
