Just finished a FULL remodel! 2BR/2BA Canal-Front unit that sleeps 4. Spacious living area with brand new 60" Flat Screen TV! Gorgeous new kitchen, fully stocked with glassware, plate ware, utensils, cookware, all new stainless appliances, Keurig single serve coffeemaker. Spacious extended living area with view of boat docks and canal. King bed in master bedroom, with all new carpet. Tub/Shower (with grab bar) in newly remodeled master bathroom. Two Twin beds in guest bedroom. Walk-in shower in all new remodeled guest bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Bath towels, bed linens and beach towels all included. Cable TV, phones and complimentary Wi-Fi. Nearby heated pool, fitness room and clubhouse with Wi-Fi plus computer and printer. Two tennis courts on property as well as rental office open 6 days a week. Short walk over to our Gulf Side location for access to our World-Famous, Award-Winning, Private, Crystal White-Sand Beach! Complimentary Use and Set-Up of Beach Chairs and Umbrella that are already out on the beach for you 7 days a week!
