Beautiful, newly renovated Historical home in the heart of downtown! 3 bd/2.5 b, 1500 sf of cozy, quiet, comfortable living just 4 blocks from the gorgeous Lake Couer d Alene and it's beaches and parks, Tubbs Hill, bustling shopping, delicious dining, and the downtown night life! Sanders Beach is a 5 minute drive!
As well as, just a 5 minute walk north to the up & coming Midtown neighborhood!



Quiet, established "Garden district" neighborhood just 4 blocks from downtown, Centennial Park and the Lake Couer d Alene Resort area.
Midtown and it's award-winning eateries and shopping just a 5 minute walk north
5th Street Markers' Market is a "must", just a couple blocks away, every Wednesday, May - October.

Our family had such a wonderful stay in the CDA charmer. It is in the most perfect location. A close walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and it was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer when away from home. We will definitely be book again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay the property was exactly what we needed for a summer getaway. The mini-split units kept the space perfectly cool during the hot Idaho days, making it easy to relax and recharge. We especially enjoyed the shaded front porch it was a great spot to unwind in the mornings and evenings. The host was wonderful and incredibly responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place!

This Cd'A Charmer is a Gem!

This Cd'A Charmer is a Gem! Thank you for hosting us - we love this property! It has a nice open floorplan to cook together, hang out and play games, or just relax and watch movies or read a book. Being part of the beautiful quaint Garden District the neighborhood morning walks are the best! The walking access to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops and the lake are unapparelled. The kitchen is well appointed, we had all we needed. I love coffee and refreshments on the porch and the porch swing is very special. We have stayed in a lot of places and this makes the top of the list! You won't be disappointed! Great Hosts, with fantastic communication and care for us. Well done you guys! Great job! Keep up the good work! We will defiantly be back! Thanks so much!
