My first time using and Air B&B and this place was really wonderful! It was very clean and well kept and it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were very spacious and the living area had all the comforts of home. I will definitely stay at this location again in the future!Thank you to the owners for a fantastic first visit!
My wife and I had a great experience here with its locations only minutes from Hancock and really minutes from several nice spots. If you’re looking for a nice little spot to rest and recharge, this house will satisfy any of you or your family’s needs.
The house was wonderful. It seems it was recently remodeled and looks brand new inside. It is very conveniently located to Hancock and Houghton with great views. Can’t wait to go back for Winter Carnival!
Really a pleasant and comfortable stay! The moment we entered, things smelled fresh and new! It is well furnished. Enjoyed the coffee and a fire out back as wood was provided! The location was nice with a beautiful view. The hosts were accessible and responsive. Would consider a return visit!
The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and well kept. It offered easy access to Hancock/Houghton, and was a nice quiet neighborhood to wind down at the end of the day.
We enjoyed how close the house was to Tech. It was easy to get down to the road along the portage for an early morning run. The house had everything we needed and was very newly updated and clean. Host was easy to contact. I'd stay here again if I was staying more than one night.

We had a lovely stay and the owners were amazingly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The coffee machine went out the first morning and within an hour or so, they dropped off a brand new one. The house is adorable, super clean and we would absolutely return!
My husband turned 40 this year and decided it was time to take the UP trip he’s been dreaming of. We decided to try a VRBO instead of a hotel as we wanted something homie feeling for the last couple days of our trip. This place was perfection. Enough space for us to spread out but still enjoy time together. Close to tons of different shops and restaurants to explore and in driving distance of Copper Harbor! We loved every minute of our stay and are already trying to figure out when we will return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Nicely remodeled home!! We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away, yet minutes from everything. The wooded area behind the house gives it a secluded, country-like feel and it's not uncommon to spot deer, Eagle, fox, and rabbits right in the backyard.
What makes this property unique
The location is what truly makes this property unique. Nestled in a historic area near the old Arcadian Mine, the home is believed to date back to the mining era. The terraced backyard offers a beautiful and functional landscape, shaded by mature black walnut trees that give the space a serene, almost timeless feel. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting that blends natural beauty with historic charm.
